Somehow we got the feeling, we should honor this. Why so ever, lets just do it, because it is beautiful, beacuse our music that we record and produce is also just a binary code, transforming over and over again, from our fingers on the synths, from the mic to the mixer, from the mixer into space, back on black plastics or bluetoothing through your walls directly in your ear...and this just because there is a 1 and a 0. This is why we celebrate, to say thank you to these magic numbers. Without these two little friends we would drum our techno with bones in analog caves. Naked. Oh Wait...that sounds great...the URSL Cave Raves. Mmmmh...well we will keep you in the loop on this new project. The latest release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint finds the label showcasing the 11th edition of their popular 'Three Of A Kind' series. These VA EP releases feature three producers who contribute two originals, with the end result being a unique amalgamation of sound, something which has now become synonymous with the Sound Avenue affiliate. Invited to showcase their talents for the eleventh edition are artists from Argentina, South Korea & Greece respectively.

The release opens with Gaspar Aguilera & Manu Pavez. Two young upcoming producers with a lot of more releases in the pipeline on our labels. Manu made his debut a weeks ago on Sound Avenue's "Correlation Vol.5" LP. Downpour is also no stranger with releases before on our "We Are The Future" compilation. Chris Doppler is making his label debut with two nice deep originals.

Soon, her empty jug was bouncing against her arm when she heard a faint noise running through the trees. “That’s water trickling!” she said to herself as she turned toward the sound. “There’s water here somewhere.” Soon she noticed a small stream, running with clear sparkling water. She eagerly bent down to drink and fill her jug, but as soon as she tasted the water she spit it out! “Salt water!” she exclaimed. “This water is salty! HusnuCanMarley is an Earth traveler looking for precious jewels and everlasting dreams. This is his second offering for Shango Records. This track can spread positive and warm feelings. Maris and Shadi Kario throw coins and make wises to the fountain of life.

Hailed as “LA's best kept secret”, David “DAVI” Khanjian internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner grew up surrounded by the sounds of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. Deeply passionate about music since childhood, it didn't take long before he was admitted to the prestigious Komitas State Conservatory's music department in Yerevan, Armenia. But it wasn't until his move to Los Angeles that the magic truly began to unfold.

At the young age of 17, Davi began producing electronic dance music inspired by many world-class producers and DJjs like Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Danny Howells and 16 Bit Lolitas. Shortly thereafter he was the resident at the top electronic dance club in Armenia where his career began to unfold. 

With his move to Los Angeles in 2006, Davi dove right into the underground scene and locked himself in the studio for years to follow while playing at local Los Angeles clubs nights like Monday Night Social at Playhouse, Avalon, and Vanguard.

Davi’s countless hours in the studio opened many doors for him, first of which was remixing Robert Babiczs’ “Zero” anthem which was released on the new Treibstoff label at the time. Earning recognition from top DJs in the scene like John Digweed, Guy J, Nick Warren, and 16 Bit Lolitas; Davi began establishing a name for himself in the Los Angeles underground scene. 

Shortly thereafter in 2010 Davi became a resident DJ for Insomniac Events in Los Angeles, where he established his residency at Exchange LA and began playing Insomniac Festivals including twice at Escape from Wonderland opening for Richie Hawtin’s Enter stage. Since Davi’s connection with Insomniac, he has been sharing the decks with some of the top producers and DJ’s of our time including John Digweed, Sasha, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Green Velvet, Art Department, James Zabiela and Hernan Cattaneo to name a few. 

Davi’s name can be found on multiple labels today including Rebellion, Anjunadeep, Treibstoff, Hope Recordings, and Baroque. After having attended Burning Man for over six years, Davi collectively put all his Rebel heart inspiration in the studio to create his first Crosstown Rebels EP in 2013 called “Two Suns in the Sky.” This was a tremendous boost to Davi’s career, which led him to begin touring worldwide in 2014 having visited London, Amsterdam, Israel, New Caledonia, Canada and all over the United States Miami, New York, Boston, and Las Vegas among others.  After Two Suns In the Sky, I wanted to release another similar EP with the same mystic vibe and harmonies, but I wanted the EP to be about something else,” DAVI explains. “As I might take a little  break from making Middle Eastern sounds, I wanted this one to be as special. The word ‘Babylon’ is used in a larger sense to describe the modern world, and the importance it places on wealth and power.”
