'Destiny' Ambient Mix

Next up this summer on Nic Fanciulli's Saved Records is a release that we have been super excited to share with you even since we were first sent it back in 2019 and we're delighted to now be able to release the 'Nonsifa' EP from label favourite Ruben Mandolini who teams up with Riky Ild and Uness to bring you his latest outing. 

A record that has been in high demand ever since label boss Nic Fanciulli championed it at his Dance Or Die parties back in Ibiza 2019, 'Nonsifa' has already been heavily supported by the likes of Carl Cox, Fisher, Piero Pirupa, Marco Faraone and many more; truly indicative of Ruben and Riky's signature sound, oozing hypnotic vocals, an irresistible bassline, heavyweight Tech House drums, bubbling percussion and a grooving low-end. 

Ruben closes out the EP with another collab track, this time featuring the vocals of Uness, 'Take No More' maintains the high levels of energy with mesmerising vocals, stomping, raw drums and a commanding bassline running throughout

Following a successful first album on naïve, Arias for Caffarelli, this new recording of Franco Fagioli, the hit countertenor in Europe, offers 12 opera arias by Nicola Porpora, who was both a composer and a teacher - of Caffarelli and Farinelli, among many others.

Franco Fagioli, through his amazing technique and breathtaking emotional power, pays tribute to the original and refined vocal art nurtured by Porpora in the framework of Naples in the 18th century.

The recording features hits such as Polifemo’s “Alto Giove” but also lesser-known scores, all performed with the baroque specialists of Academia Montis Regalis, conducted by Alessandro de Marchi.

Wonderful German pianist Nils Frahm has declared March 29th, the 88th day of the year, world "Piano Day" so, in honour of this celebration, here's a sneak preview of a track from Merganzer's upcoming full-length record that makes use of this tender and timeless instrument. 
Merganzer is the new experimental pop project of Violinist Mika Posen (Timber Timbre, Agnes Obel). Most of her music is built around strings and keyboards, but "Ganz Großes Kino" was written and recorded on an old acoustic upright piano late one night in Berlin during the early winter of 2014. String sounds and tape delay were added later on back in Canada.

Says the legend that on an eclipse ocasion, both guarani and inca people threw a big party to daze the Celestial Ounce (Xivi), because they believe that the end of the world would happen when she gobbles the Moon and Sun brothers, then the Earth falls thus in the fullest darkness. Just as Xivi, Raru is the hindu demon followed by a tiger that also tries to voraciously swallow the stars, causing the eclipses. Like these, countless ancestral myths around the world explain this phenomenon; for the Pomo people there is a fight between the Bear and the Sun, and for the Tlingit it is the moment of stealthy darkness for the Moon and the Sun to love each other.
