What is this place?

לזכרו של שגב קיז'נר

שגב היה חבר ילדות שלי. גדלנו יחד וחלקנו אהבה אינסופית לטראנסים – מוזיקה שחיברה אותנו ברגעים הכי שמחים והכי עמוקים. החלום שלנו היה ליצור יחד את הלהיט הבא. כמה ימים לפני הנובה, שגב הגיע אליי לאולפן כדי לעבוד על טראק חדש ויצא לנו סקיצה שהתלהבנו ממנה כלכך.

ב7.10 איבדנו הרבה אנשים טובים שנסעו לחגוג את מה שהמוזיקה הזאת מסמלת עבורם, שגב הוא אחד מהם. את גודל החלל שנשאר אצלי בלב אי אפשר להמחיש במילים. החברות שלנו נגדעה ברגע.

במהלך השנה האחרונה ניסיתי לא מעט פעמים לסיים לבד את הטראק שלא הספקנו לסיים יחד. הרגשתי שבלי שגב, הטראק הזה לעולם לא יהיה שלם. 

אתמול, קצת יותר משנה אחרי הפעם אחרונה שראיתי את שגב, נכנסתי לאולפן. פתאום הרגשתי שוב את האנרגיה הכל כך מיוחדת של שגב, את הנוכחות שלו שכל כך חסרה לי.
אחרי תקופה כל כך ארוכה, לרגע קצר הרגשתי שאנחנו שוב יחד.
באותו יום יצרתי טראק מאפס עד לטראק מוכן ביום ובדיוק בסגנון כמו ששגב אהב. הרגשתי אותו איתי בכל תהליך היצירה. והכל פשוט יצא ממני בלי מאמץ ובזרימה מוחלטת כאילו ישב לידי והנחה אותי מה לעשות בכל שלב.

הטראק הזה הוא לא רק זיכרון, הוא חגיגה של מי ששגב היה ומה שהוא אהב. אני מזמין אתכם להאזין, להרגיש, ולחוות את הווייב שהוא כל כך התחבר אליו. שגב, זה בשבילך. ❤

In Memory of Segev Kizner

Segev was my childhood friend. We grew up together and shared an endless love for trance music – a genre that connected us in the happiest and deepest moments. Our dream was to create the next big hit together. Just days before Nova, Segev came to my studio to work on a new track, and we ended up with a skitza we were so excited about.

On October 7th, we lost many wonderful people who traveled to celebrate what this music represents for them. Segev was one of them. The emptiness left in my heart is indescribable. Our friendship was cut short in an instant.

Over the past year, I tried many times to finish the track we didn’t get to complete together. I felt that without Segev, the track could never truly be whole.

Yesterday, a little over a year since the last time I saw Segev, I walked into the studio. Suddenly, I felt Segev’s unique energy again, his presence that I missed so much. For a brief moment, I felt like we were together again.
That day, I created a track from scratch to a fully produced piece in just one day, exactly in the style Segev loved. I felt him with me throughout the entire creative process. Everything just flowed effortlessly, as if he was sitting next to me, guiding me every step of the way.

This track isn’t just a memory; it’s a celebration of who Segev was and what he loved. I invite you to listen, to feel, and to experience the vibe he connected with so deeply.
