Last summer we started our sub-label DUAT Moving Pictures just to release movie scores and we started the project with the soundtrack of the Netflix movie "Kidnapping Stella" by Michael Kamm. The idea was, to get those cinematic songs remixed by various electronic music artists and release that interpretation on our mother techno label DUAT. This is the first chapter with great works by Vril, Anja Zaube, Amin Fallaha and R100, available on Vinyl and digital.

Dance Spirit has been riding a huge wave of success with releases on labels such as Bedrock, Desert Hearts Black and Supernature to name a few! We at Dreaming Awake are so honored to have these Los Angeles legends on board for their 2nd release with us!

Both tracks Deep Intentions and Something From The Sky are completely twisted melodic acidic techno tracks with pitch shifting synth leads and weird FX galore!

Last spotted rocking the massive ‘Odysseus’ on Astropolis, complete with a full strength Marc Romboy remix, Bedrock and Ovum affiliate Oniris now makes his second slam on Marc’s label Systematic with three more supersized interplanetary trips…

‘Contact’ direct dials your soul with its crisp arpeggios flailing like tentacles, gradually wrapping around you, squeezing you and pulling you deeper and deep into space. It’s followed by ‘Aliens’… And judging by the tumultuous momentum and bassline grit, it’s not a friendly encounter. Tense, edgy and rough; there’s a classic early 90s Tresor style coded deep in this groove.

Last but not least ‘Orbiter’ marks the slow sojourn home through deep black space and bright twinkling stars. Expect a little cosmic turbulence here and there thanks to the rolling beats and voluminous subs. Another stunning trip from Systematic and Oniris. Safe travels.

Driven by progressive sounds and a few curve balls to keep you on your toes, this mix represents just one of the many styles Aceana has been thriving to reach during isolation.
