Here's the recording of my recent set for Handsdown and Leighboy's 9th edition of their 'DISCO 2000' party, Held at Bloom nightclub in Geelong. This was the opening set of the night of what was an incredibly wild party. And one of my favourite sets to date. I'm really hyped to be able to share this recording with everyone. I got the call up from the legend @staywise-1 to close out the front room at Revolver Upstairs for her recent event 'Shadows'. Playing 6am-7am coming in from Techno and playing fast and hard into the last half of my set where i was able to play some epic closing tracks i've wanted to for a very long time. Thanks to the Dancing punters who were there till they turned the lights on! and Thanks so much Steph and @revolverupstairs for the opportunity to play a beautiful and memorable closing set in such an amazing club. Joon is quickly becoming a "Jack of all trades" amongst us here at Proxima.
Handling our digital art, bookings, stage and lighting design as well as slowly pushing his way into the psychedelic world of techno as an artist.

With an obsession for production quality and it's synergy with the sensory experience of being human, Jack has found himself producing more and more of the deep, dark and mind melting sounds that you find with in psychedelic genres.
Consciousness is at the forefront of our experience, it's something about these unusual, alien sounds that reminds us that this music is pure thought and creativity from each producers mind.
These sounds are unmatched in the natural world, thus a direct stream of consciousness into an audible experience.

This episode brings you Joonmack's set from Bangboza; Our Australia day event held up on the waters edge of Lake Eildon.
Bangboza started with us bringing speakers and decks camping and eventually came to a head at the start of this year when we pulled together an amazing crew and really put our minds to making it something special.
While Bangboza may never be repeated in the way that it was at the start of the year we're definitely looking forward to more events of the like, and most importantly we're looking forward to having you there too!
