Producer and emcee of Northern California hip hop group Foreign Legion consisting of Dj Design,Marc Stretch and Turner, who premiered in 1999 with the single "Overnight Success" on ABB records(Dilated Peoples,Little Brother) and sky rocketed them into the lime light of the underground hip hop scene. Foreign Legion went on to release the full length "Kidnapper Van" on Insidious Urban Records in 2000, catching the attention of Mike D of The Beastie Boys and began a chain reaction of record labels courting Foreign Legion. The "Playtight" lp was released on Look Records in 2002, The Secret Knock ep 2008, and "Night Moves" lp in 2012. In 2002 Turner was signed to Dreamworks records for a six album deal and recorded his solo debut "Death,Taxes and Prozack" which was produced by the best in the genre, including Pete Rock, Jay Dilla, Madlib,The Alchemist, Supa Dave West,Dj Ray,Dj Design, Organized Noize and Jake One. The Dreamworks label folded filing bankruptcy weeks before the release, and the album was shelved. Prozack Turner followed up with "Bangathon!" on his own indie label which featured Brother Ali (Rhymesayers) and production by Oh No(Stones Throw) and Jake One (Rhymesayers, G-Unit production) to critical acclaim.In 2009, Turner got into the bar business and created The Layover music bar and lounge in Oakland California in 2009, winning "best new bar" in the city. Foreign Legion returned in 2012 with "Night Moves", their first studio album in years.   In 2013, opened The Legionnaire Saloon in downtown Oakland.  Having toured Europe, The United States and Australia multiple times over the last 17 years, Prozack Turner has carved a highly respected niche worldwide. Turner is in the studio with presently recording lots, and lots and lots of new music. His forthcoming “Not Everybody Sleeps At Night" album features Guilty Simpson,Casual(Hieroglyphics),Boom Bap Project,and Brother Ali, slated for release summer 2017.
