PR Row (born Parvin R. Rosario August 24, 1988) Castle Ave, DE.  
It all started with a Dream. One kid who probably got more pussy than he could handle, smoked more blunts than the average person, and been through more beef than a cattle ranch. So put your seat belts on as I explain....as a youngin he was out of control with too many close calls. He was known for getting into fights and battling anyone that stood in front of him. Bad decisions and poorly planned robberies landed him in jail as a juvenile and on house arrest.
With the war popping off the Army was accepting more people at the time. He heard about the WEAPONS, MONEY, and COMBAT from his recruiter, so he said "F*** IT!".
The things he did while in the Army are classified, but back to it. Hustling to sell out shows and give the people something to gravitate to!
Now the parts left out of the BIO you can hear it in the music with meaningful stories you can relate to, the kind of wordplay that you only seen a couple times in the rap game ever!
