Flexi with the Disco-tech is a very jazzy and funky tune that comes from the Swedish duo Duoya. Part of their up-coming debut album titled International FM (Funk Machine). The song was written and recorded by the two musicians during the lockdown while respecting the social distancing, they were never in the same room. Sending their own recordings back and forth they still managed to make it sound like a whole band was playing the song live.
The song will transpose you on a night club during the 70’s on the lighting up disco dancing floor. Where you’ll be compelled to burst into dancing and showing off your wildest moves.

Here’s “A Cat Named Cinnamon” by Los Angeles based musician and producer Adam Rochelle aka PRNDL. Lately Adam has been working on a lot of lofi productions, so he decided to channel that vibe but more upbeat. While in a house-ier production mood, he felt drawn back to a jazz ballad he previously wrote (but never used). Using the original chord progression, he started producing this song with the energy of a mid-tempo jazz tune. So what started as a Jazz ballad ended up being a house-y upbeat jazz crossover. The result is simply wonderful, a lighthearted, playful and danceable tune with no restraints. As every detail is carefully manufactured here, something else can be discovered on each new play. This is a song that will provide a lot of joy and excitement.

It is also part of the upcoming EP by PRNDL that will release on Urban Waves Records April 14.
