Shelley, self-taught DJ from Bielefeld, Germany, has been making a name for herself since 2019 when she decided that the years spent within the club culture could be translated into something fun. 
Her cultivating frequencies and understanding are reflected, with a vibe strongly rooted in nature dressed in deep techno. Her sessions blend hypnotic & percussive sounds with dubby & organic atmospheres.

Through this combination, she achieves to impact mind & soul in an unique way, channeling her love for the deeper electronics and turning it into beautiful sonic sceneries.

Shelley left her mark on such platforms as Diffuse Reality, Indefinite Pitch, Deepicnic, Fur.ther Sessions ,to name a few.
She is also mixing her own mix series called Secret Place available on her SoundCloud.

With the 81st Cellar Door being opened, the Australia based Morian Is inviting the listener on a journey through dreams of tribalism and hypnotism.

ARTIST’S BIO: 
"My musical foundations are rooted in AC/DC, Sabbath and Metallica and give rise to a love of 4/4 rhythm and the riff. From here they veered into where worlds collide – Pink Floyd met the Orb in a student dive and a love of electronica was born, encompassing pioneers such as Orbital, Leftfield et al through to UK D&B, taking in Kruder & Dorfmeister and the dub scene along the way.
The love affair however ended in the early nineties, I wasn’t feeling anything from electronica any more, but I knew the music I could hear in my mind must be out there - somewhere. My musical imaginations seemed to put all of the above aspects in place and was only discovered pre pandemic in the form of deep techno. This discovery so rekindled my love and excitement that I took the plunge into DJing - I wanted to take the music internally heard and create mixes to ease back to and soothe the soul. Voila. I hope you all get the same level of enjoyment from this mix, as I had creating it."
For this mix I was inspired by a thread on Hypnotic Techno Circle dealing with shamanism, psychedelic experiences and deep techno. I also had in mind the request from Marek to infuse some tribal elements, different tempos and time signatures. In this mix I hoped to re-create a trip into this realm - I think I have gone some way to achieve that. I do hope you all like it and can relate to what is, ultimately, a personal experience.
