Dedicated to my best boi Buku.

This was the last song that Dylan and I wrote together (sending the project back and forth) in April 2020. Psionic as a duo ended around that time. I had been in such a negative headspace regarding creativity and music in general since covid, so I did not take our split particularly well. May of 2022 I had to lay my sweetest boi of over 8 years to rest after an acute hospitalization. Losing my boy resulted in a long, depressed summer. I have adopted a new pup as not a way to fill the massive hole left in my heart, but to provide a great life for another animal in need. Buku's spirit lives on through me, my music, and my new pup. Rest in peace king, I love you so much. 

I thank all those close to me and especially those who continue to provide me opportunities to showcase my music.

The Oxidized compilation series is a charity project we have been working on since the inception of The Rust Music, with Oxidized, Vol. 1 being our very first label release in February 2017. At the end of each year we select a new charity, aid organization, or non-profit, to which all proceeds from the series are donated.
