Spiral Tribe were ‘90s Britain’s hardest hardcore techno crew –  a travelling party troupe of anti-authoritarian acid-adventurers, and a scourge of the establishment. With co-founder Mark Harrison in the midst of writing a book on their story, and @prspct-recordings recently releasing a collection of classic cuts from live Tribe duo R-Zac, it feels timely for Harold Heath to dive into their history, legacy and vow to 'Never Stop'

Habiter son « Je », c’est accepter la complexité du monde qui danse en soi.
C’est composer avec la lumière et l’ombre, le calme et la tempête,
la clarté et le chaos.
Le Je n’est jamais figé.
Il n’est jamais parfait.
Il est un organisme vivant, en mouvement,
qui vacille, qui tombe, qui se relève.
Il n’existe pas de recette miracle, ni de voie unique.
Chaque « Je » doit écrire ses propres règles,
dans l’encre du doute, du courage, et de la vérité.
Ces règles ne sont pas des chaînes.
Elles ne sont pas des prisons.
Elles sont des balises,
des éclats de lumière dans la nuit intérieure,
des points d’appui pour ne pas sombrer.
Apprendre à vivre avec ses pôles, ses contradictions,
c’est trouver l’équilibre dans le déséquilibre.
C’est faire du fragile un territoire d’exploration,
de création, d’espoir.
Alors, prends ta place dans ce chaos,
et choisis, jour après jour,
de rester en selle,
même quand la bête secoue.
Car au fond, le plus grand combat,
c’est celui que l'on mène contre soi-même,
c’est celui d’ÊTRE soi-même,
avec ses failles et ses forces,
dans ce monde où le temps file,
et où chaque instant compte.
Voici les règles du Je :
oser s’aimer, se comprendre, se défendre,
se lever encore et toujours.
Ce texte est un appel.
À la survie, à la vérité, à la liberté.
Un appel à ne jamais lâcher.
