Hey everyone :) Hope you are doing well.
Thank you for checking out my entry into the IllumiNaughty Forbidden Jungle 2025 DJ Competition.

I have been listening to Psytrance for a very long time and hadn't realised the scene is as big as it is in the UK. My moment of realisation was my first trip to an IllumiNaughty event in March 2019 at the Troxy in London. I was blown away by the event and have been hooked ever since!  The production, the crowd, the venue were all amazing. That was my realisation that Psy was much much bigger in the UK than I had realised. Since then I have been following brands and djs's and have been honoured to play for a few Psy brands.
To play at an Illuminaughty and alongside some of the best DJ's in the scene would just be the icing on the cake and an absolute amazing bucket list experience!

This set represents a significant step in recognizing the importance of having space on the main stages of events for styles like Psychill, which complement and diversify the psytrance experience for the audience.

This set was the synthesis of a long-standing desire to present a selection of the most precious on the Progressive Chillout line, with songs ranging from 90 to 120 bpm, with evident bass and spatial atmospheres.

Mark has been a fan of all forms of electronic music since he was a teenager. He discovered Psytrance in 2005 and while he was travelling the world in his cruising career he made a point of keeping up with the latest developments in the psy world. 

When he returned to the UK in 2020 he was determined to make his dreams of dominating the country’s dance floors come to life. Known for his slick mixing and intuitive track selections, he keeps the dance floor grooving to a variety of styles including psytechno, progressive and funky full on Psytrance.

He has been dabbling in music production over the last few years, is a resident DJ for Psychonauts in Birmingham, runs a successful club night in Glasgow called Psychedelic Odyssey, and is launching the London edition in February 2024. 

Psyagra will keep you up all night!
