After 20 years in the industry and behind the decks, Dean Benson is now birthing his dance floor orientated hypnotic Techno production under Orpheyo Dragon.

All of his other loves of ambient, melodic, ceremonial, meditative & down-tempo music will be released under the banner of ‘Dean Benson’, so there is no restriction on what can be created.

This first Orpheyo Dragon release, has 2 tracks, titled ‘Igniting The Flame’ & ‘Pathway Arising’ to signify the birth of this creative outlet and his soul expression of the journey that hypnotic electronic music can facilitate.

Our good friend Dardi whipped up the incredible remix a year and a half ago, and it's just now seeing the light of day. Bless Dardi for his musical talent and his unending patience! Reverse Rituals VA (Compiled by Haptic) Reverse Rituals is a conceptual compilation created in reverse as part of a creative process/experiment in the creative process. Initiated with the creation of the track titles and artwork, each producer was provided with a short video, who then used the artwork and video as their inspiration to create the tracks they felt suit the imagery and title. Each set of conceptual artwork and video was assigned to two producers, delivering two versions of each track, and eight tracks in total. Our resident shamanic monster Haptic was heavily involved in development of the titles, the artworks, the videos and consulted throughout the process, in additional creating a unique pack of 20 ritual-based samples that the producers were encouraged to use in their tracks. Reverse Rituals is here to cast spells over your dancefloor.
