Yes, this is the long awaited fourth volume from our brand series 'Freestyle 4 Funk' compilations compiled by the man behind everythig on the label known as Timewarp or as Timewarp inc or even if you like to call him Angelos Timewarp Stoumpos. 

With this brand new volume you will find a huge selection of 31 songs that have been released previously on our label, while a few selected tracks are unreleased and appearing for the first time. 

This time the compilation has a new vision between funk and dub in the first CD A selection. While in the second CD B, you will find nu disco-funk & house only tracks. For those who are familiar with our label sound we dont need to say more, for others that are not into what we do, we can only say sit back & relax for some music education but be ready to discover out our mighty funk, disco & dub grooves.

Los Angeles based producer Nick Alvarado and vocalist EVeryman have teamed to form Little Giants, who aim to make proper hip-hop music for your mind, body and soul. Pairing inspired, thought-provoking lyrics set over crisp, funky beats, the sounds of Little Giants harken back to the golden era of hip-hop. This release commemorates the memory of Nick 'Pumpkin' Alvarado, who touched thousands of people with his signature music productions and acclaimed DJ sets at top music festivals and clubs across the US and abroad. He tragically passed away on March 25th 2016, but his generous spirit and magical music will continue to live on. 

To honor his memory, Nick's best friend and Little Giants production partner, Evan 'Everyman' Shafran, started The Little Giant Acorn Foundation for The Arts, a non-profit organization that helps children get started in music or the performing arts who otherwise could not afford to do so. Nick absolutely loved to share his passion for music and performance art with the next generation and nothing gave him more joy. 

By purchasing this LITTLE GIANTS album you are helping to ensure that Nick's spirit continues to shine while ensuring that the next generations of 'little acorns' have the means to pursue their creative passions. It was always a dream of Nick's to have a record label of his own and to help the youth. Timewarp inc returns with his third full length album “Ghetto Drunk”, after a long period (over four years ago) since the previous successful album “Groovy Booty” back in 2008. The story of modern nufunk, broken beats, nu disco, nujazz and dub, all mixed up together, that's Timewarp's sound signature, continues with new material that will give you a true experience between contemporary music to dance electronica, for maximum listening pleasure, not only for clubs and bars but also for your lounge sofa.

The album contains sixteen tracks with some interesting great collaborations, with the Dutch vocalist Tonkin on the self titled and intoxicated Ghetto Drunk song, The Time Travellas from Belgium appears on Hipsko with live rhymes recorded with realtime fx, and the multi instrumentalist French artist Leon on Disco Frisco.

In the tracks Kotzak, Yuil Disco Breaks and Hot Spot you can hear the participated musicians: Salomi Vasiliadou (Vocals), Tasos Fotiou (Sax, Flute), Lusty Apricot (Violin on Kotzak), Kimon Pandelides (Guitar on Dubwizejah, Hot Spot, Kotzak), StelX (Guitar on Start With An A), Stoney The Flute (Flute on Chase in the Case), Kostas Kopanaris (Percussions on Kotzak) Dj KomMit (Scratches on Kotzak, Start With An A).

All songs produced and mastered by Angelos Timewarp Stoumpos.
