Music is my emotion . Production kick started l2012 . Sound which force people dance hard is my aim .  

Ilya Davidov, Russian born, grown up in Israel, now living in Australia has lived a life heavily involved in professional sports such as martial arts and soccer which later developed into studying health science, incorporating the two into his profession, and being the driving forces behind his DJ project Psyentific.

Ilya has grown up around a diverse mixture of genres including multi cultural music, learning instruments such as the guitar and also DJing both RnB and Minimal around Melbourne in 2012-2014. It was only in 2014 at a small party in Victoria, Nomtreya where Ilya discovered Psy Trance. He made an instant connection to the structure of the music and the human body, which created much curiosity for the effects this music could have.

After attending many festivals and following some of his favourite artists and labels including Ritmo, Burn In Noise, Earthling, Nano Records and Iboga Records to name a few, his passion for creating sets and producing music became stronger, bringing him to this point of releasing Psyentific; with a goal to curate sets that are progressive and driving with layers and melodies in a way which alters the body to move deeper into its expression.

His debut at Lunars Eclipse 4.0 made a mark on Melbourne, getting him back behind the decks at Melbourne's weekly psy trance event Progression Sessions.
The best is still yet to come....Already jet setting interstate to spread his sound he found himself over in WA for State Forest's annual outdoor festival - Fireworld followed by closing the debut of Division Festival!
