Dj set played on Friday afternoon, in the Psychedelic Floor.
To explain how the sets evolve just to say I played after Salakavala and Igor Swamp, so I started with a more organic Suomisaundi sound, finishing the set after 3h with Freestyle Psychedelic Trance tunes, adapting it to the next act: Reality Pixie.
It was one of my best times ever, playing for such a positive energy crowd that was blowing in the air.

Greek freeform psychedelic artist Special Blend has swirled up his first full-length concoction set to be served up on Antiscarp Records. Joey Dianos (known also as Oxya) already has a slew of releases spanning numerous international labels and has performed at festivals far-and-wide. Now, as Special Blend, he lends his services as the cosmic concierge, making arrangements for an epic “Girls Night Out!”

Popping the top on this sonic Dom Perignon, Special Blend pours up nine distinct, psychedelic drinks, spiked with glimmering, funk-infused synthwork, syncopated percussion and all manner of euphoric, Goa-twinged goodness in between. Speak-And-Spell micro-funk elements mesh with blippy, 8-bit constituents in a number of tracks, each fully backed by thick kicks and punchy, percolating basslines.

Squarely aimed at the dancefloor, Special Blend’s brainforest-certified freeform excursion is certain to keep feet stomping till the wee hours and beyond.
