Nyxara (GER) Unveils Expansive New Album, For Your Love

Renowned German producer Nyxara (GER) is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of his latest album, For Your Love. The highly anticipated record showcases Nyxara's signature blend of driving beats and melodic soundscapes, featuring seven brand new original tracks. Adding to the album's dynamic scope are eight powerful remixes from a stellar lineup of artists, including D.A.R.E., Static State, Heaven Dose, and Edith Crosby.

For Your Love also includes a special collaboration, with one track co-produced alongside the talented artist S.T.E.L.L.A., promising a fresh and unique sonic experience for fans.

The album is a testament to Nyxara's evolving artistry and his ability to craft captivating and emotionally charged electronic music. The collection of original tracks delves into a range of moods and textures, while the remixes offer diverse and exciting new interpretations, highlighting the album's versatility and appeal across the electronic music spectrum.

First track from an upcoming album inspired by Shpongle's take on a chilled and down tempo approach to Psytrance with multi-continental influences.

The edited version which puts it under the 10 minute threshold needed for SoundCloud Artist Pro tracks

production notes:
This started out with a narrative I wrote for the track about a lone figure that awoke without memory in a cave that appeared to be sentient, and inhabited ravers entranced by strange relics. The usual psychedelic trope stuff. I recorded the vocals myself, and used them to inform the initial arrangement of the track. It became evident that the story would result in a evolving and winding musical expedition. However, my voice really didn't suit it. So I used elevenlabs to generate a new AI version of the vocals - that are used here. Later I stripped most of the vocals out, however the story they informed is now the song.

Each track I make offers new challenges.. here I really wanted to shift genres and sounds a lot. It sounds quite basic, but there's a lot going on here from a bassline that absolutely isn't traditional psytrance (although the base pattern is inspired by "Robotoised" by Quirk), to shifting from saw bass, to square wave, to switching the whole thing up in to a Brazil-inspired shponglised breakdown - considering I had no knowledge of this musical style, let alone how to produce it. However the real challenge was finishing this track. The arrangement has been 'complete' for months now with me tweaking and trying to polish it up enough to release it. 

I also decided to make this a multi-part song. Again, inspired by Shpongle albums where tracks eb and flow between each other. Part 2 of this isn't included here, but I hope I can make it become a full mixed album. Something for later.

Rayman is notorious within Australia’s burgeoning underground doof scene. A psychedelic trance DJ known for his full-on style and high energy performances. A mastery of working crowds into a collective stomping frenzy has seen Rayman deliver memorable sets at some of Australia’s biggest indoor and outdoor parties including, Spring Equinox, Indigo Evolution and Earthcore. He's gaining international recognition too, invited to play in Europe at a festival promoted by Dacru Records, a well-established label within the scene. He’s often shared the stage alongside some of the biggest names in the business including Space Tribe, Tropical Bleyage, Morten Granau, Illichina, G.M.S and Major7 to name a few. The founder and inspirational leader of Contact High events, Rayman has relentlessly pushed the boundaries of indoor psy trance events all across his native Melbourne, from décor and production through to his unique sound and ability behind the decks. Breaking the psytrance DJ mold, Rayman is well on his way to becoming a trance institution within his own right.
