Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a new VIL' track remixed by Psyk on 'Arketip Discs'.
VIL is known as a core member of the Portuguese outfit HAYES, and has released music on Ben Klock's Klockworks, Ben Sims' Hardgroove, Shlomi Aber's Be As One, and TWR72's Float amongst others. "The Reaction" has a shuffling and quirky rhythm with deep, floating chords and electric elements creating a unique vibe.
Psyk's impressive remix of "The Reaction" succeeds in expanding distinct electric fragments from the original into a tapestry of organic, modular soundscapes.

Featuring a diverse selection of artists; only two of which are close members of the Saved family, the ten-track collection welcomes a host of new friends with a heavy focus on new and emerging talent. Perfectly summing up the ethos of the label, these fresh producers unleash a collection of uncompromising, underground club-leaning bombs.

Regular Saved cohort &ME gets the collection underway with label-mates Rampa and Re.You’s fresh remix of ‘Blitz’, Sabb returns to the label following an EP earlier this year and Rob Cockerton, a permanent fixture behind the decks at Saved parties over the years, puts his first record out here. Mulletover’s Geddes makes his first appearance on Saved with the frenetic “Standup” just as rising Italian duo Macromism, New York’s Vanjee, Lancaster and Denney & Guthrie all make their Saved debuts.

Collection D has a stripped back and heady aesthetic running throughout its entirety. Jacking beats, driving basslines and pumping 303 rhythms feature heavily, creating a spine of powerful bottom end sonics. There is plenty of energy, old school vibes and a darker edge on display across the ten tacks too, making this the most underground collection of the series yet.

Mathias 'SHOW-B' Schober makes his Pooledmusic debut with the Arps EP.  A talented producer & engineer, Schober has been releasing under his SHOW-B alias since 2007, since when he has had EP releases on Poker Flat & Compost Black Label, an exclusive track featured on La Fleur's Watergate 16 compilation, and a release on Delusions of Grandeur with Milton Jackson as Pattern Select.

The Arps EP sees SHOW-B blending his various talents in the A side 'Arps To Heaven', a heady deep house track with a swirling melody that recalls the trippier end of Strength Music and Deepblak's respective outputs.  On the B1, Ian Pooley follows up his huge Innervisions EP 'Floris' and the Rejected re-issue of his anthem Chord Memory by fusing the original's psychedelic elements with a classic, irresistible Pooley groove.  The B2, 'Isifuba', sees Schober focusing on a swinging house beat structure for the early hours dancefloors.

Poker Flat Recordings has been dealing out underground house music with a unique twist since 1999; from the defining debut 'Loverboy' through the Bugnology series, acclaimed albums and worldwide club hits, Steve Bug's essential imprint has unearthed new talent, developed rising stars and welcomed veterans into the fold. Steve Bug's reputation as an exceptionally gifted DJ, producer and music connoisseur is about to carry the beloved imprint to its 15th anniversary, which will be celebrated with its finest collection of raw talent yet, as seen on this second instalment of the anniversary EP series called 4 Jacks. 

John Tejada's 'Sweat (On The Walls)' is a stone cold minimal house classic, and it's in expert hands here with the low-down groove of Sebo K; his refix keeps it deep and sparse, but adds a nice layer of shimmy and shake that reveals a new melodic accessibility. 

Daniel Dexter's 'No House For Old Men' was a beautifully melodic single that lit up playlists and dancfloors in 2011, and a new remix by Tom Taylor & Gareth Whitehead adds a rich palette of melodic color and harmony paired with a rolling, propulsive beat. 

The other half of the EP showcases new original productions: longtime Poker Flat friend Josh Wink delivers 'Groove', which bounces with tongue-in-cheek energy and Josh's signature deconstructed acid style, while rising talent Anaxander reveals the quirky, classic deep house inclinations that has endeared him to labels like Quintessentials and Local Talk, with the lovely 'A Place To Go'.

Fifteen years deep, and Poker Flat Recordings is still at the top of its game.

Mote-Evolver favourite and Non Series label head Psyk returns to Luke Slater's label alongside fellow returnee Orbe, known for his eponymous techno community, making for a top-tier duo made up of Spanish scene frontmen exploring the deeper end of techno. 'Atonal' is hypnotic, multi-functional, and perfect for the record bags of any artist interested in spinning a journey.

The title track of Psyk & Orbe's 'Atonal' on Luke Slater's Mote-Evolver features clever, ever-progressing arrangements and mechanical rhythm shot through with futuristic bleep. Its dub-like atmospheres are then followed by 'Tunnel Diode', which sees the pair implement raw, wonky soundwaves swirling around delicate drum patterns.

The B-side starts with 'Superconductor', an electrifying trip boasting rapid-fire sequences and reversed drum shots sitting in between its steady beat, before 'Maths' closes the record via a slow-burning groove and mysterious, otherworldly synth textures.

Corsu is the artist  we present you on our 56th release, he is the newest star to have an eye in the scene with the newest ideas to be tasted by us all.  With only two tracks on this EP he can make a difference and make you think which direction you wanna go in music. The journey is all that matters and Corsu has a lot of stories to tell us. We are glad to have him in our team, which is getting bigger EP by EP... Tzinah is bringing to your ears another great mind  and a pioneer in this sound, Herck. Working in the background with him and preparing a lot of cookies, his remix is just a little piece of the cake. It's a great appetizer for after-hours. And because we're there, M-Phunk is doing a great appearance in the after-hours experience bringing his smooth rhythm on the right groove. Classic percussions and playful notes is what defines him and we're delighted to trip on them every time. This is Solarain EP by Corsu, from Tzinah with Love.
