Since 2014 Metrix (Kilian Aregger) has been exploring the infinite universe of psychedelic sounds and merged the most powerful ones into his unique tracks. Knowing that there are many more psy-sounds to discover, he keeps experimenting in his mad-lab with a lot of pleasure and passion. As a contrast to his naturally balanced and calm mood, Metrix brings a lot of energy and power as well as kinky smiles onto the dance floor.
The Metrix Style comes from heavy basslines, rasping leads, playful rhythms, gloomy and dark pads, obscure voices of creatures and fast hacking frequencies your brain can hardly catch.
In this episode Metrix, the youngest member of Purple Hexagon Records, is proud to present his first EP: Hyper Giant. Four powerful, driving and mind-blowing tracks, which are bound to shake worldwide dancefloors. This EP represents his recently gained music production techniques, combined with a variety of weird sounds and sawing leads, which he discovered in the last year. Rodrigo Aburto a.k.a. Hanumann, radicado en el sur de Chile, es uno de los compositores mas influyentes del forest psytrance nacional. Hanumann comienza su viaje musical a la edad de 14 influenciado directamente por los sonidos provenientes de la música techno. Toda su adolescencia su tendencia se inclino hacia nuevas texturas y matices a la hora de escuchar música electrónica. Ya el año 2005, se introduce por completo a los sonidos psicodélicos, y al poco andar, amplia su visión respecto a las formas de crear música y termina gestando el proyecto que lleva su nombre, HANUMANN, lleno de sonidos forest, ambientes acuosos y viajes potentes.

Su experiencia musical, tanto en la disciplina del dj, como en la labor del productor le ha permitido viajar y presentarse México, Argentina y Chile, nutriendo las filas de los talentos nacionales sonando en el exterior. Ha plasmado varios releases en importantes sellos del plano multidimensional en el presente.

Actualmente goza de ser bookeado por el sello Shunyata Records & Antigravity Music, de la India.

All his adolescence, his tendency leaned towards new textures and nuances when listening to electronic music. Already in 2005, he introduced himself completely to psychedelic sounds, and soon after, he applied his vision regarding the ways of creating music and ended up creating the project that bears his name, HANUMANN, full of forest sounds, watery environments and travel. powerful

His musical experience, both in the discipline of the dj, and in the work of the producer has allowed him to travel and present Mexico, Argentina and Chile, nurturing the ranks of national talents playing abroad. Thanks to my career as a track and field athlete i went down the Rabbit Hole pretty late: in my early 20s’.
But discovering and experiencing different states of the mind via the might of music was crucial to me since i could remember.
The kaleidoscopic nature of the psychedelic realm got me at first glance but it is the transmogrification of various human emotions to the better that guides me.
Not by letting the Light in, but making the Darkness conscious through selecting the most explicit bangers and introspective pieces for the sake of the collective unconscious.
Now here it is...Mundus gubernavi.
As a Space Jockey i’ve been mixing everything from mystical forest beats to complex dark sounds and mind-expanding experimental vibes since 2017, and organizing the Goázis party series founded in 2015, with my buddy, Adrián, in which we try to pull off and maintain a high-quality transformative  experience for You, focusing on the dark side of the psychedelic palette.
