I'm talking to you about those events that have left you lying in bed, wondering why now, because this has to be happening.
I'm talking to you about those days when you just want to get home, lock yourself up, and never go out again.
Your self-esteem shattered, the goals for which you have fought so hard on the ground, and a row of demolished dreams and crushed goals as proof of the force of the impact.
And I want you to know that if you are in that place, I have been there too. You are not alone, and you will get out of this.
