“From 2016-2022 I was just using this page (originally titled "Tryptamang") to show my amateurish experimentations/demo's using Ableton intro, a 2012 Macbook & ATH-M40x’s. In 2023 (After losing this first laptop to old age along with almost all my pre 2021 projects) I've finally obtained a fresh MacBook & Ableton suite so now plan to single handedly produce, mix, master & release my multi-genre debut album! Revolt 77 was born in Mexico and began his journey as a DJ in 2005 at the age of 14.
Initially specializing in full-on psytrance, he gradually immersed himself deeper into the music scene, learning the guitar and honing his skills in music production. Over time, he discovered his true passion for minimal and later for psytech, which ultimately led him to connect with techno.

His style fuses the essence of old-school psytrance with guitar melodies. As artist driven by expermintation, Revolt 77 crafts a unique sound that influences from diverse genres to create a dark yet immersive atmosphere—one that radiates both intensity and elegance in equal measure.

He was part of the "Garden Team" at "Café Del Jardín," where he performed in the heart of Mexico City’s historic center—an essential hub for the underground scene. Later, after settling in Tepoztlán, he founded the "Tepozclan" collective, becoming a DJ manager and securing residencies for the artists he represents as well as well as collaborating with other labels for the production of several events.
