Based out of Linz, north Austria, Martin Schober is a singular protagonist at the forefront of this beguiling game we call drum & bass. He likes hip-hop, skateboarding, schnitzel, Leibniz biscuits and long walks in the sunset, but he’s most respected for how he traipses across electronic music’s wildest terrains with total boundary abandonment… And is regarded as a leading influential new-gen figure in the genre. 

From his agenda-setting halftime twist of ‘Sunday Crunk’ to his rolling, emotional collabo cameo on Camo & Krooked’s acclaimed album ‘Mosaik’. From his entrance into the Fabriclive mix hall of fame with a mix album comprising entirely of his own productions (‘Fabriclive 95’) to his Drum&BassArena Award-winning debut album ‘Emulation’, Mefjus’s signature sound has been felt across the furthest expanses of the genre since he emerged in the early 2010s. 

Now working closely with Vision - the label run by kindred studio spirits Noisia - Mefjus continues to fine-tune his musical syntax, technical dexterity, eye for detail and deft groove sensibilities. The latest chapter to savour this on-going flux of development is his second album ‘Manifest’.

Released April 2018, ‘Manifest’ is the sound of Mefjus 2.0. After several years in the studio wilderness, exploring the dark science of song structure, musicality and textural contrasts, ‘Manifest’ captures a new mindset for Mefjus. Raw, energetic, playful and subversive, ‘Manifest’ is the most personal, diverse and daring body of work to date. Not so much as reminder of why he occupies such a unique position in drum & bass but a straight-up statement of intent.

Nic Fanciulli has become one of the most influential artists to come out of the international dance scene in several years. With so many projects constantly in the works, Fanciulli stands out as a truly multitalented worldwide artist, with this perhaps being the key to his longevity in an increasingly fast-paced industry.
 
Fanciulli’s kept up a big Ibiza presence over the years, becoming one of the most respected figures on the island. Following on from two successful years running ‘La Familia’ at infamous 5000 capacity outdoor venue Ushuaia alongside Joris Voorn, 2016 saw Nic embark on his first solo residency at the iconic Pacha. ‘We Are The Night’ saw the likes of Guy Gerber, Sasha, Bicep, Agoria, Matthew Dear and Tiga play at the club alongside Nic. Having conquered Ibiza, We Are The Night has also held parties in Croatia, Barcelona, Miami, New York and Mexico with many more to come. Aside from Nic’s own projects, he’s a regular of all the key parties on the island. He’s been a headline guest at ANTS - Ushuaia’s flagship underground party - since its inception, and also put in appearances at respected residencies Paradise, Guy Gerber’s RUMORS, Circo Loco at DC10 and INSANE at Pacha over the last year alone. Most notably, he played a major part in the last season of one of Ibiza’s best-loved clubs, Space; firstly, playing the closing of its longest-running party, Carl Cox’s Revolution, and then proceeding to make history playing the final set at the club’s last ever closing party, in an incendiary six hour back to back session with Carl himself.

As a producer, Nic has created a plethora of solo tracks that have received huge critical acclaim including a Grammy Nomination, in addition to unleashing a heady collection of memorable remixes, including his recent rework of Jamie xx’s ‘SeeSaw’. Nic is responsible for a high output of a sleek, intelligent yet driving strain of house and techno, and is famed for his compilation CDs, having completed mixes for Renaissance, Global Underground, Balance and Defected In the House as well as an incredible three Essential Mixes; he is now gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated debut album.

Nic’s genuine desire to share music with others led to him founding what’s gone on to be one of the UK’s biggest house and techno labels, Saved Records. An important purveyor of international, underground house and techno, Saved has become a global brand, renowned for cutting-edge releases and standout events around the globe. Responsible for helping to break the careers of a diverse mix of producers, Saved Records has established Nic as a key tastemaker.

It’s this continued desire to share his experiences that also led to Nic starting up his worldwide festival brand, The Social. Beginning life as a way of bringing world-class names to Maidestone, it’s grown not only from a one day event to a three day festival, but will now also be branching out to hold parties in Mexico and Columbia for 2017 and looks set to continue growing.
 
Nic’s journey to his current status has been an entirely organic one, born out of his genuine love for the scene and a desire to share this with others. His tireless work ethic has sees him continue to tour the globe relentlessly and expanding his many projects – 2021 is set to be yet another landmark year for the artist.

Since joining forces in 2007, Peter Rogers and Andy Powell AKA Technimatic have become key players in the world of musical, emotive drum & bass. Their rich back catalogue covers the cream of d&b labels - Hospital, Ram, Shogun Audio and Spearhead to name a few - and in 2021 they established their own pioneering ‘Technimatic Music’ imprint. With 4 albums, countless EPs and remixes of the likes of Moby and LTJ Bukem, their music has taken them around the world, their in-demand DJ sets renowned for covering the whole spectrum and history of d&b.

Francesco Ambrosio, aka Fran LF , a Sicilian native, has made a significant impact on the
Amsterdam techno scene over the past 24 months. He is recognized for his driving,
relentless, groove-oriented brand of techno.
A true craftsman with a decade of experience, Fran LF is dedicated to quality, consistently
pushing his creative boundaries with dynamic DJ sets. Utilizing 3-4 decks, he delivers
choppy, chaotic yet composed transitions, with each performance telling a unique story.
On the production side, he commits to daily studio sessions, continuously honing his skills
and refining his sound toward a dark, driven techno style that aims to innovate beyond his
old-school inspirations. In 2023, he also formed and became part of the duo F Theory
alongside the Argentinian legend Franco Rossi.
In short, Fran LF leaves no stone unturned, resulting in a steady stream of gigs across the
Netherlands and Europe, alongside a relentless flow of releases on labels such as Aura
Tribale, Quartz Records, Children Of T omorrow, and Solid Tracks, as well as through his own
imprint, Vibrant Collective.

Keinemusik is a network with the label as the pulse pumping centre. Driven particularly by the spirit that moves the collective behind the imprint. The spirit to find your own agenda and let nobody get in the way. The spirit of refining House and Techno off the beaten path. Be it within their own tracks, within productions of other sorts or DJ-sets. The spirit of recall value within record- and flyer-artworks and everything intermediate in word and image surrounding releases and parties. And the spirit of diversification – Rampa’s effect-gadget-venture TEILE being one example. Keinemusik’s own booking department ‘Worldwide Dancing Club’, established in 2018, being another.

Keinemusik has been around since 2009. It has been naming an existing friendship and linked interests of the four members – &ME, Adam Port, Rampa and Reznik. A more or less constant count of five releases per year have been released ever since, solely laid down by members of the crew. And a considerable count of label-parties went down, not only in Berlin, but around all international focal points for electronic music. And surely, there’s plenty more where those came from. Already one of the best-known eastern European techno/house DJs, Nastia’s star is firmly in the ascendancy globally. Her style is to an extent adaptable but she has a sound that is unmistakably her own. The last three years have been a whirlwind of gigs for Nastia. Her twilight techno, melancholic minimal, stripped-down ghetto funk and sustained house have been wowing crowds all around the world. She’s recently signed to the prestigious agency Bullitt DJ so her travellings are going to be even further afield every week.
