Hosting and meeting Hostage back in March for one of our parties was an honor and a lot more fun than we could've anticipated. Seeing as the events are just an excuse to meet and befriend our favorite artists it wasn't too long until we got him on board for a release. 
His fantastic EP, "Generous" sees him explore new grounds in terms of sound while keeping the dancefloor-oriented vibe throughout the 4 stunning tracks. 
In this short mix he puts things in perspective, giving us all a proper context for better understanding what he's aiming for with this new material.

This particular recording was taken from my time in Byron Bay on the East Coast of Australia earlier this year. I hope this selection Inspires you to visit there someday.

Amsterdam's Bobby Van Putten & Robbert Van Der Bildt aka The Planty Herbs first caught our attention via Roberto Rodriguez's Serenades imprint, but the duo has been cranking out blunted beats together for 7 years now. Their material for WARP and, the now defunct, Wax On Records exemplifies their ability to maneuver between dusty boom bap beats,  sultry drum n bass vibes, and proper deep house grooves.
