The sun peered through the blind

I was surprised what I did find,
What had been hidden all this time
Releasing what had been confined,

My mind and hand worked synchronized

I took a break from modern life
 
And realized that the view from over here

and by whimsical nature,
The pen touched the paper
And my mind opened up
Like an old treasure chest
 
And inside was a cool breeze,
swept me off my feet
I let it flow right through me,
Like the wind against the trees
 
And an orgasm of ideas
Poured out, drenching everything
 
My thoughts then began to sing
A tune that sounded lucid
It followed the beat of my heart, 
and the rhythm of the world
