I woke up hungover at a songwriting camp with the line, "I'm unworthy of love" taunting my mind like an itch I couldn't reach. Took a shower and wrote the hook, "I don't wanna sabotage myself" and then joined forces with Evan Coffman and Jeff Carl to write the rest of the song in the 4 hours we had left at camp. The result is an intimately honest song about my struggle with the voice in my head telling me I'm unworthy and the depression that comes with that cyclical fight. You're enough. Love yourself. Took me awhile to come around to that. Enjoy "Sabotage"
