Puggz Brown is a canadian hip hop artist from the Greater Toronto Area now residing out west in Edmonton, Alberta. Hip Hop would soon absorb his listening tastes in the early 90's from likes of The Wu-Tang Clan, Mobb Deep, Nas etc.. Puggz Brown or "Puggz" for short would soon spend his time freestyling with friends or rhyming writtens to almost anyone who would listen.

"This is therapeutic for the mind real talk F@$K a therapist I'll leave that S@&T to hip hop…" Quoting a line from "Some Of Us Know" his first single. Produced by Anonamyss, it features the legendary Sadat X from the Iconic group Brand Nubian, Puggz' upcoming debut album "Lost Soul" is projected to be released in the summer of 2014 under MuzikOverMatter Recordings. This song is his take on the state of mainstream hip hop and the overlooked and forgotten talent in the underground scene.

Puggz was fortunate enough to join the Masta Ace "Son Of Yvonne" 2013 Canadian Tour. Contributing on 6 of the shows and seeing stops in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia. He had the honour to perform and share the stage alongside such talented artists as Tha Capital E, Alex Dimez, JustBen, Anonamyss, The Boombap Saints, The Kids, Ali Dahesh, & part of the legendary supergroup EMC, Wordsworth, Stricklin & Masta Ace.

"It was like a family affair…" says Puggz describing his feelings of the tour and being on the road. "This is only the beginning".
