The Call–Fr Dave Callaghan–Where’s Wally (There’s a popular children's book series` called Where's Wally. It features pictures filled with people, not just any ordinary scene, but of absolute chaos and full of mess. Somewhere in the middle of this chaos there is a guy called Wally wearing a red and white striped shirt looking very calm and peaceful. The trick is to be able to look beyond the chaos and find Wally. Christianity is like a giant game of Where's Wally, only instead of looking for a guy in red and white stripes, we are looking for God. He has come to us, into our chaos and mess, so that we can find him here. Sometimes we are so convinced that God has abandoned us that we fail to see that he is standing right in front of us. He is always there.)
