I would like to thank Ewelina and Dan (from @bazel-detritus) from the bottom of my heart for this huge opportunity, I love them (and their music) a lot and I am forever in debt to them. 👼 Ever since I started making music I wished I would one day work with a singer with a godlike, ethereal voice and I am moved that I have had an opportunity in my life to try it. We have a longer version for our biggest fans 💚
At the beginning, I was hesitating whether I should accept the offer because I had vast respect and fear that I could never even come close to the genius of the original track, but I could not miss the chance...
So I sat in my studio, listened to the original for like 10 times, then I cut out everything except the vocals, I listened to the vocals in a loop for some time and imagined, what sounds should be there to make it fit.
Then I searched for the right instruments and then I worked... 😀
