Independent, eclectic, family friendly and host to some bass thumpin' rave sheds. Nozstock caters for festival goers of all types, from the veteran festival aficionado through to those newly affected by the festival bug. It has evolved from a gathering of 50 friends into an intimate musical odyssey joining the dots between pop, ska, folk, funk, soul, indie, drum’n’bass, psytrance, house and a whole lot more. It is now firmly established as one of the country’s leading boutique festivals. 

The Orchard Stage is set at the foot of a natural arena on the side of the gently sloping valley. Alongside the farmhouse is the Garden Stage, which provides a more eclectic lineup, turning electronic by sundown whilst a converted cowshed, the Cubicles, pushes out sub-thumping bass and dubstep through to the early hours.

The festival is truly home-grown and hand-made – quite literally in fact, with a small army of grass roots supporters helping to create the wonderfully themed environment each summer. Nozstock is the quintessentially British festival – a little bit eccentric, a lot of fun, full of wonder, enchantment… and a touch of magic.

Dirty Flowers serve up a unique smorgasbord of funk, rock, hip hop, dub, jazz, afrobeat and psychedelia! Characterised by strong riffs, tight grooves and catchy melodies, their tuneage employs sultry vocals, arousing saxophone, orgasmic guitar, rudely suggestive bass lines, and sweet talkin’ drum grooves, topped off with heartrendingly innocent atmospherics! This invigorating recipe creates a heady concoction of fun, powerful and exciting energy, made all the more potent by the band’s wild and contagious stage presence!

A musical chimera that combines the visceral energy of punk, the danceability of drum'n'bass and the intriguing nuance of jazz: Ask My Bull is delightfully hyperactive and cinematically epic.

Fluorescent and flirtatious or blunt and vulgar; they crackle with an infectious energy that always sends a current through the crowd. Always primed for festival season, Ask My Bull has rocked many of the best, including Shambala, Boomtown, Bearded Theory, Beat-herder, Kendal Calling, Eden, Kelburn Garden Party, Nozstock and One Tribe/Audio Farm.

An instrumental whirlwind from Manchester; they often rock it as a 3-piece with experimental textures and heavy grooves from Molly on alto sax, Tom on bass and Harry on drums. The extended 5-piece lineup has Elliot join up front on tenor sax, and Nathan (aka Mango Thomas) joining on bass while Tom switches to guitar.
