All songs on this EP were written by The Shvlls in 2022.

i always say im gonna release an album and i had all these songs just sitting there sooooooo here we are !

i dont know how much more i can take

the wind is howling at my skin

and im not scared at all



a walking corpse

cleanse my soul

rid me of all my impurities

and i always think about how fucked up it is that we live our whole lives trying to please others



but we can never please ourselves

now everyday i just sit in this bed and feel sorry for myself and the cycle repeats like clockwork



years to months to days to hours to minutes to seconds



and i swear the only way out of this prison i put myself in is a bullet to my fucking head or a bottle of spilt pills

The Shvlls are a DIY pop punk band from Asheville, NC. This is our very first EP! We wanted to prove that we could do it and we were happy to partner with XI Record(s) to make this shitty thing happen. But, we totally did it, and freaking killed it, so expect more from us in the future!

The first track, "I've Cried 4 U," is originally by The Unlovables off of their 2002 EP "Punk Rock Club EP." 

The second track, "City Lights," is originally by The Zatopeks off of their 2005 album "Ain't Nobody Left But Us."

The third track "Paradise Tonight," is originally by Charly McClain and Mickey Gilley off of their 1983 album "Paradise."

The final track, "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...," is a The Shvlls original!!!
