Stereotypically Dance-Off - Hotcakes Promo Mix 2014

The seventh renewal of the Space Cowboys' and SunsetSF's co-production of Ghost Ship Halloween was nothing short of spectacular. This year the mind-blowing art and music of Ghost Ship was spread over two nights instead of one. It was a great privilege to be a part of such an amazing spectacle once again.  This is the recording of my midnight set on the Mog during the second night of the festivities. This year was the 15th anniversary of Breakfast of Champions. I've been to nearly every one and each time I walk away saying, "That was the best yet!" Well once again, this year was the best yet, with gorgeous weather, excellent DJs, strong drinks, and the vibe was off the charts. I'm incredibly grateful that our glorious little shitshow is still fun, mad, and going strong as ever.

Evil Nine are an English DJ/Producer duo comprising of members Tom Beaufoy and Patrick Pardy. Gaining recognition after signing to Adam Freelands label Marine Parade in the early 2000's their unique sound gathered a high following and had a very influential effect in the early Nuskool Breaks scene.

This mix is from 2005 and a showcase of their sound at that time.

What a great B.O.C. this year! Every inch of this party rocked. It was one of the best yet and I have played all but one. Spreading my new engagement announcement, working Silent Disco, solid Dj sets everywhere, visiting with old friends and new party people made my BOC. The two puzzling parts were that some of the breakers on the generator mysteriously got flipped off around 7am and the advertising for another New Years day party (on our porto potties!). - Mancub

This is a live recording of my warm up set for Soul of Man in 2004. The club was absolutely heaving, SOM were in their absolute prime and Ambar was in full swing. Playing on 2 turntables and 2 CDJs dropping a-capellas and loops, something I was playing around with at the time and somehow managed to pull it off....i think...haha
