An 19 year old EDM and Hip-Hop Producer/DJ from The Golden State. 

In a music industry saturated with lackluster vocals and clone-like images, it is a breath of fresh air to discover an artist that tries to break the mold.

“I don’t really know if I can compare my music to anyone in the industry today,” says Courtney J. The 24 year old landscape architecture student has gained a massive base of fans via social networking that continues to grow daily. With a quick glance of his Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/rnbcrooner, it is safe to say that he is in tune with his fans. “My target audience is mainly females,” Courtney J shares.
“I love singing to them.”

Music is deeply entrenched in Courtney J’s life. The son of a gospel singer hailing from Reedtown, Arkansas, Courtney always had a love of music.
Standing at 5’8, he personifies individuality with his sense of sophisticated style. Amongst the overcrowd of low riding skinny jeans, tattooed arms and other trendy looks, Courtney J stands apart from his peers at the University of Arkansas. He appears to be more comfortable sporting vests, collared shirts, blazers or even a necktie.

“My freshman year in college I was introduced to the recording process of music by a friend named Cameron Soils. We would sneak into Henderson State's Radio Booth on the weekends and record tracks. I picked up a great deal of techniques just by watching him. One day I was walking from the bus stop and Kenyon [of K&K Unlimited Productions] saw me and scooped me up. We went back to his studio and the rest was history.”

Kenyon reveals he discovered the talented young crooner through a mutual friend and within the span of a couple of months, Courtney J had an album complete. They instantly began perfecting each other’s studio techniques and composing hit songs.
Bedt:me challenges the current R&B sound that is topping the charts. It is easy to hear the influence of a number of artists from the late ‘90s including Donell Jones, Tank, R Kelly, Tyrese, and Ginuwine, but Courtney J is especially inspired by Avant. “[His music has] helped me get through a lot of situations,” Courtney J says, “So I’ve pretty much been following his whole career.”

Much like Avant, Courtney J is a talented songwriter. When it comes to songwriting, Courtney J’s favorite subject is love. “I tend to write about it a lot,” Courtney shares. His freestyle form of writing gives him the ability to write a song on almost any subject. Like many of the hip hop greats (Drake, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Kanye West), he doesn’t jot any of his songs down. He is one of the few artists that can brag of reciting lines straight from the dome.

Courtney J’s fearless attitude can be attributed to his passion for music and a strong family support. “My father is actually a gospel singer so I know he's not too happy,” he adds with a slight grin, “"I think it'll be ok," his dad is still a supportive of Courtney's ambitions to succeed in the music industry.

This triple threat (singer, songwriter and rapper) is unstoppable. He approaches music in attack mode, creating unique melodies that are bound to leave a lasting effect on his faithful fans. As for the future, there is always that degree in Architecture, but Courtney definitely hopes to continue making good music. Kenyon “the DAWN” predicts, “In 5 years I see him as a major figure in mainstream hip hop and R&B, but if he keeps at the rate that he's progressing at it will be sooner than 5 years.”

Beachcroft83 Muzic is an alias lover. We suspect that his rhymes and beats are downloaded from Heaven straight into his crown chakra during his daily periods of meditation. The man, consistently exudes a mellow, kindhearted energy, but the artist, is a funky force filled with knowledge, integrity, and an overall flow of musicality that causes the listener to want to learn each word, take in the wisdom, and just plain have some fun rhyming along. Beachcroft 83 Muzic loves a challenge and is a perfectionist in the studio. When he is hit with inspiration, everyone is able to feel it. When in the studio, the room is filled with the fun of a live show, everyone nodding, swaying, laughing, and fist-bumping, all joyfully motivated by the standard he sets.

Chris Chris is a Christian artist born and raised in Detroit, MI. Coming from a baptist background, Chris combines the elements of Gospel and Christian hip-hop music into beautiful melodies and God fearing lyrics.

Chris had his first taste of fame in the years 2014-2016 as a popular creator on Vine with nearly 150k followers. Chris’ videos were revined by popular celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Sage The Gemini, Worldstar, etc.

Chris attended the University of Michigan and earned his BFA from both the School of Art & Design and the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Following graduation in ‘15, Chris pursued a career as a graphic designer and video designer. 2 years later, Chris took some time off to freelance and also pursue apparel design. 

Chris has always been one with the arts. Over the years, Chris has participated in multiple theatrical productions, church ministries such as choir and praise dance, hip-hop dance, choreography, and has had an interest in composing music since 10 years old.

Chris also pursues his interest in audio design. As a music producer, Chris combines his love for spacey chords, resonating melodies, with captivating and timeless lyrics.
