Introducing Okavango - Hekwapi Records with the release of his banging debut EP "WALIMANAI" , the  13th release from the Hekwapi Catalogue. Okavango focuses on building a sound spectrum of night forest psytrance with crunchy sonorous leads, spooky atmospheres and a driving bassline. 
The album consists of two solo tracks of Okavango and one in collaboration with Packet Moss - Hypnotique Recordings, which is now available for pre-order on our Bandcamp.

This episode of the Sonic Loom Downtempo series @ Radiozora takes a deep dive into STEFAN TORTO ’s musical world, driven by cinematic landscapes and magical harmonies, overflowed by intelligent beats & tribal rhythms. Born in Athens and self-educated in guitar, piano, percussion and music technology, Stefanos Tortopoglou (aka Stefan Torto) has been involved in various forms of electronic and natural sound from the age of 7.  As a composer-sound designer he has composed music for mapping projection, campaign videos, hologram and virtual reality presentations of major companies such as Nike, Redbull, Heineken, Microsoft, Vodafone, Samsung, National Geographic and many more.  In addition, as a stage musician and as a sound designer, he has participated in theatrical performances of the National Theatre Of Greece and other productions, touring in ancient Greek theatres and worldwide.  Several of his tracks have been released in music compilations and used for film/short film productions worldwide.  Also Co-founder and composer of the Zen Garden and Dreamakers multi performance projects. Finally, as a sound designer he researched and created sound libraries and musical software instruments for major(VST/AU).
