Psionics is said to be the study of the practical uses of psychic powers or paranormal phenomena. With this release we strive to study, examine, and push the boundaries of what can be achieved when mind, music, spirit, and technology collide.

Tundra hereby invites & summons all fellow psychonauts to take a mental bungee jump as we plunge into the very depths of sound. Born in May 1987 in Venice, he first met the world of electronic music when he was 14. After having listened to different kinds of music, it is in 2003 that he gets in touch with the world of psytrance. Soon it becomes his stronger passion and he decides to cooperate with some friends (Francesco from Assioma and Winny) to found the “monkey tribe”. They organized several events in Italy during the following years. In 2003 he starts its experience as a dj, however, after 5 years, it became clear that the mixer was not enough, and that playing someone else’s music could not fully express himself. He begins now to take confidence with music production and, after 2 years of hard work in his studio, and even thank to the help and training of his friend Dust, he debuts with mole project in July 2010. This project will be immediately followed by further releases. His music is a mix between the fat jumping baselines from the full on and the psychedelic leads and atmospheres from the night music. The outcome is a groovie psytrance that will pump the dancefloors and blast yours brains for sure.

Cosmic Brahma is the alter ego project of Abhishek Chakraborty from the gateway city of Assam, Guwahati. He currently lives in the capital city of India, New Delhi. His sounds are chosen especially to paraphrase the many mind-altering stories and experiences of real-life people. In his journey, of 20 years and counting as a DJ and Producer, he saw himself evolve from DJ Abbhy back in 2002 into Cosmic Brahma in 2009. Presently, he has two more projects — Alankaar (Progressive Trance) and Digital Decibel (Techno). Cosmic Brahmaís focus lies in Twilight Psytrance with its forest bassline and crunchy leads and synths, and samples of live recorded sounds for the FX.He also is a part of a joint duo project with Chakraview called Tolatol.
He is presently the owner of Brahmasutra records and manages it with his Label partner Shaveer Ahmed aka Chakraview. Brahmasutra records started in end of 2017 and gave its first release on March 2018

The Brahmasutra is one of three most important texts in Vedanta along with the Principal Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita. It is also known as the Vedanta Sutra, deriving this name from Vedanta which literally means the “final aim of the Vedas”. Other names for Brahma Sutra is Sariraka Sutra, wherein Sariraka means “that which lives in the body (Sarira), or the Self, Soul”, and Bhikshu-sutra, which literally means “Sutras for monks or mendicants”.
The main aim of Brahmasutra Records is to derive the most important and upcoming talents in respect to Psytrance and Chill out music. The record label will emphasize more on innovative sounds rather than patronizing something which already exists thereby infusing a new trend of melodies and crunchy basslines. The motive of this record label is not to earn money but to help, support, promote the love and passion of talented producers and artists and giving them the opportunity to gain more experience at the same time.
