Purple Shapes is the powerful tandem of Greece’s Dj Wingman and Ekahal. Both well established in the scene, the combination of their creativity results in something to behold. This unstoppable duo has created something unique that can only be described by those who have heard it. An exceptional blend of progressive and psychedelic giving you a tweak of the brain triggered by soft yet intense music. It’s like running at full speed on a cloud: it clears the mind, it’s refreshing, your heart races, it’s dizzying and your legs hurt yet you can’t stop. In 2018, they joined the ranks of Harmonia Records in Greece alongside established artists such as Conwerter, Drip Drop, Ridden, Dj Doc, Balliou to name a few. Their goal is to set fire to dancefloors across the globe and blow the minds of those lucky enough to hear them. Get ready to have your brain scrambled and be left with a smile on your face.

It’s been 4 years since we started the Purple Shape’s project, not knowing how it will evolve or how it will sound 4 years later. 
Few years later we saw our music being played by some our favourite artists in the scene in some of the biggest events of electronic music around the world. The feeling we got was simply unexpected and priceless.
During the pandemic, although all of our gigs got cancelled and we found our shelfs in deep shit, we didn’t give up on making music. After all this hard work in the shadows, we have the honour to present to all of you something really special that we’ve been cooking for the past years, our debut album called “Pendulum”.
The Pendulum symbolises many things to us: the tempo, time, heartbeat, life, death and its purpose to hypnotise those who follow its movement.We found ourselves in a deep cavern isolated by the rest of the world, exploring the unexplored.

The witch doctor has always been passionate about music, but it is only in the last 7 years that she has fully dedicated herself to djing and producing psytrance/psychill. She has been playing Psytrance since the late 90’s starting with Vinyl. 

The Witch Doctor's journey with music production has been a creative and inspiring story. With her passion for Psychedelic Trance deeply rooted, the last 7 years have been dedicated to crafting tracks and sets that maintain high energy along with beautiful melodic vibes. The path to building her own studio began in France, and after returning to the UK in 2014 she hasn't looked back.

The last five years have seen her appear on radio stations Worldwide, spinning psytrance music to the masses. The scene has welcomed The Witch Doctor with open arms, and she's had the pleasure of collaborating with other talented producers as well as playing sets for incredible stations. She has had releases on some major labels in the scene Goa records, Ovnimoon records, Visionary Shamanics records and numerous others. The unfortunate circumstances brought about by the pandemic have affected The Witch Doctor, who instead of playing parties and festivals relies on having an outlet via the airwaves - yet her musical passion remains everlasting. The future looks bright, giving back to the Psy community she has always loved.

Purple Shapes is a psychedelic trance project by George Tsafaridis, aka Nulla Taar & Ekahal and Fanis Dobros, aka DJ Wingman.  

The project was created back in 2018 in Thessaloniki.
George and Fanis worked hard to produce something new inspired by various sub-genres of the psychedelic scene, which led them to produce their first EP “Alfheim & Niflheim” which was released in 2019. After performing in various events and festivals, gaining worldwide recognition by listeners and producers, they collaborated with many well known artists such as: Avalon, Laughing Buddha, Burn In Noise, KoxBox, Ingrained Instincts, DJantrix, NoFace & more.
In March 2022 they joined Sacred Technology and in June 2022 they released their debut album “Pendulum” which featured 11 brand new tracks which were produced from 2018 till 2022.
