Hotflush unveils its second release of 2015 in the form of a collaborative single between label mainstay Locked Groove and ascendant Italian duo Mind Against.

With both acts coming off the back of triumphant finishes to 2014 - the success of Locked Groove's huge Enigma EP and Mind Against's surge into #33 position in Resident Advisor's 2014 DJ poll - 'Elysium / Pulsar' marks the first time the producers have collaborated. The end result combines Locked Groove's punchy, dancefloor-ready aesthestic and the emotionally resonant melodics that Mind Against have made their signature since breaking through with Life And Death in 2013.

We're willing to put good money on Dixon's remix of 'The Dawn' being a staple of his summer sets this year and it's a pretty good bet. 

His remix puts a growling, fierce new take on the original and he swaps delicate tones for rumbling bass hits and synths that propel and drive the track forward with an intensity only he can conjure up.

An outstanding EP all round and a remix from Dixon that ranks as one of his best to date.

Senso Sounds' well earned reputation for high end techno releases continues with the latest twin tracker from André Winter. Winter has been a force on the house and techno scene in Germany
and Europe for a long time - racking up releases and remixes over two decades. Having carved a niche for himself in the underground for his perfectly crafted dance floor detonations, he is welcomed back to Senso Sounds for the Lucide EP. The title track expertly blends a deep and driving bass pulse with crisp, urgent drums. It’s tightly woven techno that will slay on big systems and in dark basements alike. 'Voyeurist' also brings the heat - Winter’s nuanced but driving rhythmic
dexterity meets a subby bass and a sick interplay of metallic synths. The temperature really rises on this one - sure to do some damage in the coming months.

Get ready for the Overkill - literally! Jannowitz Records has prepared the ultimate EP, compiled of five main time dance floor fillers by no one less than JAW label boss BOHO himself. For this particular release - which by the way is going to be the last of the imprint's most successful year in history - BOHO asked new and old friends, artists that see looks up to, sees as inspiration, just discovered recently or has been signing on Jannowitz Records for years. To put it as simple as possible: Overkill EP is a compilation of five thoroughly selected co-productions.For the first track BOHO invited one of his favourite Berlin-based producers to the studio. Kaiser Souzai doesn't need any introduction. As founder of Ballroom records he has been shaping Germany's electronic music scene for quite some time, providing clubs everywhere with one Beatport chart success after the other. On Jannowitz Records he made his debut as remixer for BOHO's first EP last year, right before releasing his own Road to Asia EP. Erotica was created in summer studio session when SlikNik and BOHO officially met for the first time and immediately clicked. Working on this track felt natural to both artists and suddenly, after hours of deep focus and creative exchange the track was born and got already tested on that same night in Berlin's infamous Sisyphos club. And finally, for Nicer Dicer BOHO teamed up with Rachel Raw who not only is BOHO's life companion but also the label head of Jannowitz' sister label JAW Dropping Records.
