TRESOR NEW FACES RESIDENCY

Since Verena started out as a dancer when she was 10, her approach to music is a very clear one: it has
to be indispensably raveable, with a steady, heavy beat and moving melodies. By now that she's been
DJing for only two years, she already played in most well-known viennese clubs such as Das Werk,
Grelle Forelle or Fluc_Wanne and feels an increasing interest in producing. At the moment, her musical
range goes from Hard Techno to Hard Trance and Hardcore - according to the motto 'as long it is hard, it
is good'. Playing with vocal elements, her sets sometimes tell you a hidden message.

Vich Mind is cute trance dancefloor y2k machine elves, lil goth kick, big gabber punch, no bpm limit and huge emotion. A fresh cross media project trying to bridge the gaps between their areas of interest in meaningful ways. They have been behind the decks for a year now and cant wait to bring their eclectic vibrant soundscape to the dancefloor again. Meanwhile they will keep curating their queer hyperenergetic vision trying to push the scene into new territory, fittingly, their new project 'Enchanted Territories' will keep them busy at that.

An integral part of the infamous underground record label codec 992 together with MONOSTEP and after years of experience and working in the legendary Ohm, TIKØA developed her very own qualitative style as a DJ. Inspired by Nina Kraviz and her creative output through трип, TIKØA is known for her strong selections ranging from straight techno to deep, rough and acid heavy cuts with which she captivated dancers in the German capital for several years now.
Having played at Codec 992's own label nights, their radio show "Codec 992 Invites" and clubs around the country she put herself on the radar of the scene. Still underground but all the more worth listening TIKØA delivers in typical manner and is surely one to watch closely.

Richie Beige is a Kyivan DJ based in Warsaw. She loves playing dark, hypnotic and fast-paced techno while drawing inspiration from post-punk as well as from nostalgic and melodic sounds.

THILDAA is a Polish artist of young generation. Her life has been connected with photography and various types of art which she creates since early childhood. She manages many art and music projects such as SztukaZaSztukę or RedCircle.
The multi talented artist expresses herself by playing electronic music and constant improving technics of graphics , painting and visualization. She presents the whole spectrum of emotions both by painting and playing music live. Her adventure with electronic music started in 2017 when she discovered that a new performance gives her many opportunities to surprise the listeners by creating a unique climate. Her romance with music sound with electro music when she could impress the public with various sounds  still keeping groove and atmosphere. Her desire to reach new challanges has become an everyday routine. THILDAA has presented great, dynamic, uncompromising style which clearly stands out and characterizes her. She remains steadfast in selecting newest releases in her sets. She hates repeats. Her sets are fresh and full of good narration which is a result of her broad view on EBM, Acid, Rave, Industrial Techno and the mixture of hard, dirty broken sounds. Inspirations change, but characteristic features are always : FAST, HARD and with FEELING.

Richie Beige is a Kyivan DJ based in Warsaw. She gets inspired by a dark, synthetic ambiance as well as by the sounds from the 90s era. Richie loves playing fast-paced techno and in this mix she added a pinch of acidity along with the broken beats.

BC-A is a techno DJ based in Innsbruck. Her musical path was shaped in her early years when the sounds of the Love Parade found their way into her little purple CD player and heart. Her obsession for fast-paced electronic music has since been growing steadily and ultimately resulted in her playing her first DJ set in 2017. Teaming up with FUAD for their side project night:service and joining the multi-genre collective INSEMINOID in 2020 has allowed for her to explore new styles across the spectrum of techno, merging hard techno with sprinkles of breakbeats, hardcore and gabber. Starting at around 140 bpm while casually upping the tempo, her most recent sets are driven by a haunting, atmospheric yet ravey, energetic style that will hopefully make you wanna dance the night away, with a smile on your face and that feeling of lightheartedness and bliss in your heart.

Ronn1e lives in Vienna, studies there and is involved in art in various ways.  She taught herself djing and made her way through different music genres. Together with a friend she played at first parties, and is now djing alone or together with other people. Currently Ronn1e mainly djs ghetto tech, breakbeat, hyperpop, house and acid techno. More than perfected technique for her is the song selection, often appropriating and transforming macho music, not taking herself too seriously (big soft spot for nelly furtado reworks).

MazeDK is a queer Polish DJ who moved to Berlin in the midst of the pandemic after years of living in London. She grew up listening to Underground Punk, EBM and Industrial.
This musical upbringing heavily influenced the type of Techno she plays – fast, hard, relentless. Yet her sets centre on emotional messages and in each of them she creates a dark and exciting journey to follow.

Power GmbH was founded in 2021 by CEOs and best friends Josepha and Nora. The iconic duo does not only share the love for each other, but also the passion for fast paced high energy techno. The combination of dark hard techno elements, many vocals and bouncy trance pays tribute to their DJ name and sets fire to the dancefloor. Their main goal is to bring fun to the floor while making you sweat like you’ve never sweat before.

Ever since the DJ duo has tranced through the clubs of their hometown with a variety of skills in different genres. Aninowa is a baby DJ based in Warsaw, Poland. She started her journey as a dancer and participant of techno parties. She now combines her dancing experience with her love for techno and electro music in energetic mixes. She played in such clubs as Project Lab, Luzztro, Spawalnia, Odessa or Jasna1. In the last one she played as her voguing alter ego - Novia Femina, at a ball that she organised with Kiki House of Femina, of which she is a member.

LaPrinzessaGalaktika aka Galaktika started two years ago djing at Masha Dabelka’s DJ school Turntablista. She quickly realized that industrial techno triggers her emotions and opens her heart. She always finds inspiration in (sub)genres like witch house, dark-wave, experimental and in classical music. Her music is not about seamless transitions, her aim is rather to spread the positive feeling of unity, freedom and queerness, irrespective of social class. She strongly rejects social exclusion in our society.

She was a music lover before, played and still plays the piano and guitar for fun, but with her discovery of Techno, her love for music reached a new dimension. As a DJ her main objective is to transport a strong energy and drive forward to the crowd, that makes everyone in the room want to dance their asses off. Lili Dust is a techno DJ and aspiring bodybuilder based in Upper Austria. She started djing 2 years ago and is now a member of the Pop-Up Aid Club in Steyr. At first, she focused more on dark atmospheric sounds but soon found her current style due to playing to crowds who are not so familiar with hard techno. Lili Dust loves to play bold and fun tracks with solid baselines and does not hesitate to play some trashy and tacky ones within a bpm range of 138-160.

Dorka started her musical journey at age 5 by learning how to play the piano. Since then she fell in love with electronic music as well, and got interested in digging tracks and artists, and showing her new findings to others. In 2022, she happily accepted an offer to become a Youtopia resident. Her sets are ‘eclectic’ in a way she fuses techno with other genres such as electro and breaks.

BIXBITA is a Berlin-based spanish DJ and producer. Her roots come from tekno, tribe, hardcore and trance, and her style is strongly influenced by the rave scene. Her selection of the latest and hottest tunes moving through acid, dark and hard techno blastes all the dancefloors. Powerful basslines, fast rhythms, heavy kicks, dark atmospheres, melodies, vocals and acid lines are the main ingredients of her magic potion with which she seduces the crowd.

Lisa, better known by her DJ name Violetta, has always been surrounded by music and quickly found her love for it. She played the sax in the local marching band, where she fine-tuned her ears for harmonizing instruments.
At the beginning in 2020 she went behind the decks and discovered new musical directions and variations. The young artist is characterized by her hard and driving grooves, but is not afraid of varying with trance or acid tunes. She only cares that the mood fits on the dancefloor.

lisa tba is a Berlin-based techno DJ, with appearances at Mensch Meier, about blank, Fusion Festival and more. Lisa entered the club scene by organizing soli parties with several collectives, from anti-racism to queer_feminist projects. In her energetic mixes she’s combing ravy fast paced techno and trance melodies with acid rave. Last year she also started producing and released two tracks.

Mischa Beton @ Radio SUNSHINE LIVE 10.3.23

Since kicking off the widely known Female DJ Network push in 2020, Vienna based DJ Mischa Beton is connecting FLINTA DJs across Europe and fights for gender equity in the Techno Music Industry. 

Mischa Beton is passionate about mixing intense tracks at a high level of speed, burning the dancefloors of legendary Tresor Berlin and infamous Werk Vienna on a regular basis. The selection demands full attention, both when mixing and raving. Raw sound meets fine nuances, she renounces rigid genre fixation. 

Further, Mischa Beton is a corporate communications professional, designed her own merchandise collection for vigorous Ravers and gave birth to a daughter in 2021.

MIU LING is a Korean DJ, based in Freiburg, Germany. Expression through music and rave culture have always been an important part of her life. She has been writing songs and playing in bands while growing up, then she discovered her strong connection to electronic music and started to dj. 

Her sound is characterised by dark intensity, relentless energy and infectious groove. By mixing hard groove, techno and trance, the Korean DJ creates a musical journey that captivates the audience. After kicking off at the Nation of Gondwana Festival near Berlin, she has played at various events in Switzerland and Germany.

Sandra aka Destroyer expresses her feelings through her sound: raw, dark or groovy with a pinch of breakbeats. 
If you close your eyes, she will captivate you to fast-paced rhythms, accelerating your heartbeat and guiding you into a safe space. Where you can truly be yourself, dance and find pleasure in the moment.

Through good friends she started mixing in 2021. Not long after she co-founded the FLINTA* DJ collective @fak_tue in Tübingen. Freshly arrived in Vienna she can‘t wait to share her energy on the dancefloor.

Born in Berlin, Carlotta musically evolved in the vibrant clubs of the capital.
While growing up in such environment, she had begun expressing herself through playing piano and guitar at her young age. 

With a deep passion for clubbing over the years, her focus and fascination were always for techno and the artists behind the music.

For 2 years, she now dares to stand behind the decks and express her style with emotional and driving beats with a lot of depth. With highly energetic tones, she likes to build a story and take her listeners on a journey between techno and trance.

Rova lives in Salzburg and is an active member and resident DJ of the vierundvierzig collective. Energetic tunes and a thoughtful, soulful selection characterise her DJ sets. She drew most of her inspiration from her work at the record shop Minerva Records.

The association Klubkulturklub vierundvierzig (formerly known as Freakadelle) has been promoting the local electronic music scene and its players since 2011. In addition to its own music label, the association offers regular events, a studio, a radio programme and workshops.

From Berlin via Vienna to London, Paris and Madrid – for fans of Hardgroove all over Europe, there is no way around Caniche. Oscillating between tooly, rough and funky, her sets are packed with Rap-reminiscing vocals and Tribal elements – while old school percussions build the rhythmic foundation.

Caniche’s signature sound is also reflected in her productions. With a highly energetic track on Twice Infinity's sub label Groovecore United, an upcoming VA contribution on Numerus
records and her debut EP scheduled for 2024, she already has a solid list of releases under her belt. And there is yet more to come.

Hitting the decks at clubs like Tresor, OXI or ÆDEN, Caniche is a regular in Berlin’s most renowned booths. What’s more, her sound and spirit have long gained popularity outside of the German capital, bringing her into exceptional clubs such as Vienna’s Grelle Forelle, London’s Corsica Studios, Munich’s Rote Sonne, and soon also IFZ in Leipzig as well as Tresor West in Dortmund. No wonder – as she simply knows how to properly heat up a floor with her distinct flair for the right groove.

Co-running PUSH Network, Caniche is one of three local residents, hosting the New Faces series at Tresor. Besides their residency at the legendary Berlin club, PUSH also hosts workshops and reoccurring events in Berlin and Vienna. The network fights for more visibility and equal treatment of FLINTA artists in the electronic music scene. Connecting people across Europe, PUSH aims to be a source of support, inspiration and new approaches in the industry.

co:co is a Hamburg based Techno DJ. As a resident of the label Pure Venom she reshapes her sound continuously and in doing so combines her passion for hard techno and groovy rhythms. With her fast, driving yet melodic sound she takes you further down the rabbit hole.

Recording of my 3h-DJ set at Tresor Berlin on the New Faces night, hosted by PUSH, on the 10th of January, 2024. 

The set started with a lot of power already, combining lots of grooves and tribal sounds. Later I went a bit hypnotic, but still groovy, and little by little, a bit harder. As always, I like to mix different genres, for giving contrasts, mood evolution, and energy transformation. Creating a complete experience throughout the different phases of the set. Lots of bouncy rhythms intensified the session on third hour, culminating with some trancy & acid vibes. Goosebumps all the time!! I hope you melted your body with the sound of Tresor as I did!! And for those who couldnt come, is your chance to experience it!!
