When Terror Reid released his latest EP, "Hot Vodka," Bryan (Bemah) came to me with the idea for a remix. After he sent over the initial project file and kicked it off as a head-bobbing dubstep track with the infectious style of Terror Reid's beats and rapping, we were instantly hooked and really focused to get the track done.

What came out of it was a halftime tune with several different bass music genre influences including dubstep, neurohop, leftfield bass, and experimental hip hop. There was never a dull moment in writing this tune.

Titled Emergence, the compilation champions emerging and established artists in the bass realm, weaving them together in one unified tracklist of 15 songs. In a time of great division and strife, Emergence symbolizes the beauty of collective through hopeful music. From known names such as Fakear and Esseks to rising talent such as NotLö and capshun, Emergence is all about discovery.
