Mary G is from São Paulo/Brazil, her musical style ranges from samba to soul, jazz, rap, trip hop, boogie and funk 70’. She is one of the creators of “Comunicação Nacional” (National Communication), a project that tells a little about her collection of Brazilian music records, she is also one of the creators of Uh!Manas, a channel dedicated to musical content, composed of a women's collective who seek recognition of the female universe in the music scene and are part of the collective Patuá Djs. She currently presents her show “Mistérios da Meia-Noite” (Midnight Mysteries) on twitch and with only 4 years of career, she is already highlighted in the scene of Brazilian female djs.

SETENTA is a band borned in Paris, spreading for 10 years is own musical universe mixing Latin music , Soul funk and Jazz on the Parisian scenes, around France (“Jazz à Vienne”, “Banlieue bleues, Jazz à Juan, Toros y Salsa in Dax, Fiesta Five in Lille, Color Latino in Lyon …) and also on the internationale scene (some festivals in Holland, Spain, Ireland, Swiss, Belgium, Lithuania …)
Following the release of its third 3rd album “Paris to Nueva York” in the spring of 2016, after several live at Selma in Stockholm, Ronnie Scott’s in London, FGO in Paris, the frenchy band made great impression in the summer of 2016 to the summerstage in New York along with Joe Bataan, the latin soul legend, also by surprise in the Nublu and the Subrosa, a promising club of the big apple where radio and local DJ’s take over.

In France, the mainstream national radios (like France Inter, FIP, RFI) or more specialized (Latina, Nova …) offer many good opportunities to this band with an unique position on the French musical scene.

Que ce soit aux platines ou en studio, Dj Center (basé à Brooklyn) fait voyager son âme et celles de ses audiences, mixant le meilleur de la scène world, avec une mouture dance et deep-house, se faisant l'echo du fameux "New York state of mind".

Don't ever miss a chance to witness Center spin a gig - whether at the club, the lounge, the charity event, or anywhere else - and don't sleep on his production or mixes either. Center and I share a deep love of jazz music and so I thought it would be dope to have him bring some of his favorites over for the podcast. Of course he showed up with more records than we had time to play, but he focused in and delivered some really high quality flavors that are perfect for this episode.
