When we say legendary - this is no exaggeration, having been a prestigious three-time DMC finalist - Tim has also played shows all over the UK alongside some of the world's best DJs & Turntablists at institutions including the Hacienda club in Manchester, The Warehouse in Leeds & Empire Ballroom in London.

Tim has also remixed and produced music under the name ‘SickBoys’ during the 90s for acts such as the iconic Underworld, Grace, Bedrock & Sunscreem.

Tim’s Sickboys Courtyard Remix of Y-Trax’s track ‘Mystery Land’ also featured in the iconic Kevin & Perry Movie.

Nowadays, Tim continues to perform live, playing eclectic sets rolling through genres & sub-genres of Funk, Breaks, House, Nu-Disco & Hip-Hop.

Our next guest is Italian artist Mauro Vecchi, hailing from central Italy, Mauro is heavily involved in the underground disco & disco edits scene in every aspect - firstly as a DJ & Producer, furthermore as an event curator for his party concept, but also the host of the fantastic ‘The Word Is Groove’ show on Parisian Radio RapTZ & the much loved ‘Uptown Disco Sessions’ - until recently, the show was aired monthly on Rome’s UFM Radio station. Expect an announcement of a new home for the show very soon.

All past shows can be found on his Mixcloud channel which enjoys a cult-like following from disco enthusiasts.

A dedicated vinyl digger for over a staggering three decades, for his sets, he selects rare cuts on digital & vinyl, which can span from downtempo groove, boogie to all shades of Disco & House music.

Going into 2022, Mauro will continue remixing classics & producing original music - all to be housed on his rapidly growing Bandcamp page.
