En tystnad, en skugga, en vind - A silence, a shadow, a wind

We are driving on a boat, heading to a place far north. It is getting colder and colder, darker and darker. No body knows where the journey is taking us. At once an island finds it way out of the dark, faintly white shining. We think its an island covered by snow but by getting closer a strong animalistic smell enters our nose. A giant flock of sheep awaits us on land. Funnily enough, instead of getting nervous by our visit and baaing around they just stare at the stars, highly concentrated. We take a look around and want to start exploring this strange place but as soon as we make our first step music appears and the sheep start to sing.

With this Podcast TantRut pulls us deep into space. But friendly as he is he does this with lots of diligence. <3

Nowananda, originally from Israel, is life-long dancer and music collector, who has been passionate about electronic music since the early 90s.

He is influenced by growing up in a multi-cultural family, playing classical piano for 7 years, traveling and living in South-East Asia most of his adult life, as well as the study, practice and teaching of Tantra, Yoga, healing and body/energy work.

Nowananda creates music journeys that invoke the mystic, the lover and the animal within us.

His moto is "Through dance, we deepen the love of ourselves, others, and life.”

This DJ set is inspired by devotional Jewish, Arabic, Sufi and Indian music.
