Klastote has been interested in electronic music since primary grades. Collecting and listening to music throughout the years developed into a lifestyle of a producer as well as a dj. And although both his music and sets are gradually becoming public, his work still remains an intimate, personal exploration of taste, imagination and self-expression. This is changing. Vous connaissez déjà un des membres du trio, @mimmo_metabaron vous ajoutez les deux autres, Théodore et Antonin et vous obtenez donc DEPHT MOD qui tourne depuis un peu plus de deux ans sur les scènes du grand Ouest du Live88 au Jardin Moderne en passant par la pléthore de bars qui font la scène musicale actuelle.
Abonnés aux impros qui font la marque de leur style, pratiquant l'overdose de musiques synthétiques et de machines, ils s'apprêtent à sortir fin février leur second EP "Catch the Blue".
La track proposée ici, Danza Eterna, débute gentiment sur des sonorités presque italo-disco, mais très vite, on plonge dans une rythmique qui emprunte à l'EBM sa vitesse glaçante. Des contre rythmes animent la structure de la track pendant qu'une voix  robotisée et spectrale semblant surgir du fin fond d'un goulag épaule les envolées qui se font planantes.
Mais c'est vers les profondeurs que nous entraîne définitivement Danza Eterna. Préparez votre pièce en or, Charon s'apprête à vous faire traverser le Styx vers les Enfers. Mais croyez moi, ici, l'enfer est tout sauf brûlant, il développe plutôt les saveurs glaciales de la coldwave.

Sasha Rajkovich, aka Zarkoff, member of Sumerian Fleet, NauGrau, FFFC, Kali jugend and other collaborations, has been active in underground music since the mid 90s. EBM, acid and electro are most frequently visited genres in his musical output, with occasional drifts into post punk or techno. He also likes to express himself through lyrics, influenced by the likes of Leonard Cohen, Philip K. Dick or Vladimir Mayakovskij.
For this new EP, he delivers four cold and melancholic synth-electro tracks, inspired by Old Testament and Gnostic teachings about the nature of the Demiurge. All the vocoded and speech synthethised lyrics are direct quotes from King James translation of the Holy Bible. No comments have been provided by the author, only musical context, so listeners will be free to interpret it however they want.
