"The process of picking my top 10 tunes from Dubmission's incredible back catalogue very quickly brought home just how much I owe this label and all the artists it has supported and curated over the years. 

Each of these tracks means a huge amount to me and has heavily influenced the direction of my own musical endeavours: the pure sub and mad stereo snare on soundcloud.com/tomcosm's soundcloud.com/pitchblacknz remix was like nothing I'd heard at the time; Smoke Signals is where I discovered soundcloud.com/akashaexperience (and then soundcloud.com/quanta-uk) and I'll never forget hearing their unique take on techy squelching subby dub for the first time. soundcloud.com/internationalobserver came much later for me, but it was love at first listen, moving quickly on to serious obsession. Pitch Black, soundcloud.com/simonposford (Walter Ego..), soundcloud.com/bombayduborchestra.. the stuff of legends.

Crack'd is a versatile show that focuses on bringing together artists from around the world no matter the music orientation or the age of the sound.
Crack'd started its activity in 2013 as an event series in Cluj-Napoca and later promoted artists online through Youtube, Soundcloud and other platforms.
It's not a focus on the quality of the sound or the recent styles but more on the work and effort that the artist puts out for people’s benefit.
