Sama'i is a classic Arabic musical form (like the concerto in the European classical music). It has its rules that a composer should follow when it comes to the style, rhythm, moods and movements. The Sama'i style is famous in countries located in the Western Asia, and Iraq is one of these countries.

This piece is composed as a melody by Dr. Tariq Ismail, and was arranged and harmonized for string instruments by the son Raysan Ismail.
