When Criminal Hype was first under construction Domino Effect boss S. Jay was one of the first names to be brought up in conversations. So it's no wonder when we heard he was knuckling down to making real house music again after a busy year with his label, our ears pricked up. 

S. Jay has been supporting Criminal Hype for the best part of the last year and we both felt that linking up would be the only way to hit 2015 with a bang! He comes storming back onto the scene with the Twin Dubs EP. 2 monstrous raw peak time booters. S.Jay has literally held nothing back for this. Powerful gritty percussion layered on heavy shaking basslines.

The start of the new year wouldn't be right without bringing back Criminal Hypes biggest house hustler! David Moran is back and as ever delivering the goods! David has taken a 'does what it says on the tin' approach on this and stripped back 'I Am The Dub' to it's bare bones and then slapped his trademark sound over it. The drums do the workout here, while the heavy baseline poses for the credit. If anyone knows how slap house down it's David! 

Introducing what we describe as 'Thee most talented young producer on the scene', Mr Rik Fransens. Ahead of his EP on Criminal Hype later in the year Rik has joined us with a real taste of what's to come! Influenced by some of the amazing house sounds flooding out of his homeland at the moment Rik puts his touch of Dutch on 'Chunky Dub' and really delivers something special. If these snare rolls and drops don't make a party hit the roof then you make as well pack your shit up and head for the door!

For the fifth release on his label, Marseille-based Grant builds on his distinct brand of deep, luscious electronics with four cuts of smooth, atmospheric house.

The opening track 'Nature of Yourself' is an emotional late night burner, reminiscent of early releases on the seminal Paper recordings. Velvet, spiralling synths scatter throughout. 

The A2 sees Grant go on a tribal trip with the soft and dreamy 'Beat One Project' as dream-like pads collide with percussive interjections.
