Critical Hi-Fi are proud to present their second vinyl release « ​Dem Only Know/We Nah Need » with ​Chase Vampire Records​ . After the initial success with ‘It’s Alright’ feat. El Fata, Critical Hi-Fi’s new ​12” comes with ​4 tracks​ , including wicked cuts from long time veteran Daddy Freddy and a fresher sound from the young ​Junior Roy​. Both artists warn you about  the  ‘corrupt  politican  dem,’  but  each  smash  up  the  tune  in  their own  distinctly Jamaican ​style!

Critical Hi-Fi Feat Junior Roy - We Nah Need

Here is the new EP by the Swedish artist Toviga Love Aka Mr Lova. Everyone already knew him for his hit 'We Rule' with George Palmer, published in 2016. Now Mr lova returns with more talent and creating hits in every riddim, ready to mash up the dancehall in the sweet rub a dub style.

We bring 4 new tunes, including two songs in combination, one with George Palmer and other Jah Tea. This showcase follows the line of the old school style , each vocal track is followed by a dub version. A work inspired by releases from Prince Jammys, Striker Lee, King Tubbys and other labels from the early 80s. Recalling classic rhythms such as Answer riddim (Bunny Lee), Stalag Riddim and My Man (Jenifer Lara, Studio One).

If you like Rub A Dub and the authentic dancehall you can not miss this release and we recommend you to keep an eye on the Fat Bird Recordings networks for more releases that will come soon.
