Ry has over 15 years of experience playing clubs, parties and after hours gigs, Ry is also the founder of The Victoria Electronic Music Collective (VEMC) & The Summer Beach Series parties. He’s always had a long lived passion for the underground music scene and Electronic Dance Music. From the enchanted forests of BC’s West Coast, Mews was raised in the paws of festival culture. Infused with an insatiable curiosity for music since her youth, she recognized her calling early on, a desire to share her melodic magic with the world.

Her sonic palette is a fusion of diverse bass music primarily rooted in the UK scene where she now resides. From 140 to Garage interwoven with elements of R'n'B, Hip-Hop, Rap, Afro Beats and nostalgic anthems from her formative years. With a knack for dissolving genre boundaries, Mews orchestrates a symphony that moves both body and soul, promising an enchanting journey of earth-shaking bass and heartwarming melodies.

Now a beloved fixture on stages across Canada, the UK and beyond, she brings her signature charm to festivals like Wicked Woods, Shambhala, Rifflandia, Envision and Boomtown, bewitching audiences with irresistible melodies and infectious energy.

Fighting evil by moonlight, winning love by daylight, never running from a real fight, she is the one named Mews.
