Chances are if you have been to Sydney to party you have encountered our man, Dave Stuart. It is not hard to miss Dave  sporting his signature scarf and beard behind the decks. 

Whether playing his residency in the club at Something Else or out in the fresh air at Subsonic Festival you would have had the pleasure of hearing one of Dave's deeply constructed sets built on  years of studying the craft and collecting the finest of records.

Dave has cemented himself as one of Australia's finest selectors  and DJ's allowing him to have played alongside some of the biggest international and Australian DJ's that pass through Sydney town such as Luke Hess, Kollektiv Turmstraße, Peter Van Hoesen, Efdemin, Aril Brikka, Insect O and many, many more..

Dave also took his signature deep sounds to Europe for 6 months playing at Tresor and Golden Gate in Berlin, Parallel at Griessmuehle, Moxxom Festival and Macarena Club in Barcelona.

One of the most exciting talents to have emerged out of Italy’s techno scene in recent years, Serena Butler has released on @marco_shuttle’s @eerie-records, @konstrukt-5 and on the new imprint Bene Tleilax, of which she is one of the founding members.

As defiant of genre categorisations as of gender binaries, Serena’s work as a DJ and producer draws energy from the concepts of a post-humanity and post-gender future. Fittingly, it conforms to few expectations.

This selection builds on diverse musical sources to project a futuristic vision of dark and light, shadow and sight.

Filipino-American DJ and producer based in San Francisco CA. 888 was first Introduced to electronic music through the San Francisco underground techno scene. Slowly, while collaborating with friends, she honed her skills by playing at local bars and clubs. She hosts monthly events namely "Tone Exploration", creates a safe environment for new artists to openly express their musical talents and "texhno.exe", an event that highlights the unsung heroes of the Bay Area music scene. 888 plays varied sounds that range from downtempo, house, experimental to hard techno. She loves the opportunity of exploring newer genres and finds excitement in playing styles she never played before. 888 has a special affinity for industrial techno, electro and new/synth wave. 
"My intention is to share ecstasy by invoking a juxtaposition of emotions out of beautiful order and chaos. It aims not to contradict but to harmonize variances through music." -888

Dub Explorations 069 With Mister Willis

Tin Man is an artist in the truest sense of the word. Over the last decade, the man born Johannes Auvinen has explored an ever evolving sound palette that touches on house, techno, and ambient. Much like his namesake’s character in the Wizard of Oz, he has been on a mission to find his true self, except this Tin Man’s medium has been music.

Taking influences from “Chicago and radio pop rock as well as melancholic UK electronics and Sahkö” Tin Man’s extensive discography also explores less sublime and seductive sounds on labels like Keys of Life and Acid Acid, and plenty of raw sonics on albums like Sacred. This modern acid master performs live on 303s, 707s, and plenty more bits of hardware, always creating textures soundtracks using a range of FC and skills built up over the last decade.
