💄 SHORT BIO 💄

Since his teens, Cobeia's been an avid listener collecting music on Vinyl, CDs, MDs, Tapes & Digital. Growing up in a multicultural family & environment in Geneva, he lived in London from 96 to 99 before regular stays in Berlin in the '00s. He's been passionately exploring the underground roaming alternative scenes. Since 2001 he's been a DJ, a cultural actor & promoter.

Among other journeys, he traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe, North & East Africa, and Southeast Asia, further expanding his music appreciation.

EAV originated as an outdoor summer series with great music in parks & by lakes/riversides + indoor parties. Nowadays, events with Concerts & DJs take also place throughout the year.

2009 - 2015, EAV put up parties at @motelcampo with ace international & local guests.

2001 - 06: Part of a collective, Cobeia ran the wonderful alternative art space DUPLEX in Geneva, where he booked electronic & folk-rock live acts: SO (Oval), Hermann Düne, Julie Doiron, Goodiepal, @planningtorock, @modeselektor... & DJs of various genres, while also working in 2003 & 04 at FORDE Art Space.

During the 2010s, he also did the JUKEBOX nights at @MotelCampo, Letage, Artamis, Falaises... w/ @andrew-weatherall, Mr. Ties, @Boris, @tevohowardrecordings, @kodenine, @djrupture, @thebugofficial, Shadetek, Volcano the Bear, @colleenplays, @co_la, @glasscandy, Desire, @chromaticsofficial...

We are an online community radio streaming 24/7 from a wooden shack in the heart of Brussels’ historic “Parc Royal”.

A meeting point for music freaks from Brussels and beyond. A tiny kiosk bar serving eclectic music and drinks. Sometimes, in sunny summer days, a safe space to dance under the trees.
