A warm welcome to episode number 4 of That Disco Groove Radio Show. The show continues to gain support and for that we are truly grateful. Our last show (and our 1st birthday celebration) saw us introducing a regular guest-mix for the second half of the show, kicking off with a fantastic mix-set from Lisa Jane and this week we welcome our second guest to the show, My Mate Nick.

We've got fantastic selection of music this week across the disco, house and soulful spectrum.

Following the opening segment, we turn our attention to The Bandcamp Beat which features a deep-disco and hip-hop fusion track from Serbian producer, Loshmi.

In our Recommended Releases, there is brand new music from Disclosure, Moodena, Ezirk and Even Funkier to name a few. Not to mention that we were delivered a funked up promo from Stan Boogie.

This weeks Label Focus turns its attention to Disco Fruit, a label that  become a key part of the disco re-edit scene since its creation in 2014, breaking the border of its native Serbia where label founder and head-honcho Milos Dordevic aka Tonbe/Loshmi has overseen its growth with not only multiple releases of his own but also playing host to the likes of disco heavyweights Dr Packer, C Da Afra and Hotmood 

The Vinyl Exclusive is taken from Funk Purpose Vol. 4, recently released on De Gama's Samosa Records and is from the Italian duo Souldynamic and their utterly brilliant track, Black Night.

Our choice this week for the Classic Closer could be seen as somewhat controversial given that a features a track that rode on the coat tails of the post-disco era. But its importance in bridging the gap between the Disco and the emerging Electro scene at the time should not be understated, especially given how many times its been sampled since! It's D-Train's 1981 classic, You're The One For Me.

Our guest mix this week features My Mate Nick who has delivered us a superb up-tempo, uplifting disco-house driven mix-set at the 85 minute mark.
